I submitted a few items last week. Since then, for the last 3 days I have been unable to login, the site just hangs after typing in login. Anyone can confirm if it’s broken for them too (systemic), or just my account’s login? Thanks.
I think the citipricerewind website used to have a different login prompt (in center of page, on price rewind site) but now it seems to go back towards the main citi site for entering username/password on the right side of the webpage.
Edit: as a tip for anyone else having trouble, I found a way to get through. Login to regular citi site. Go to the card you want, select benefits and go to “start a price rewind”. It then transfers you to the rewind site already logged in.
