That’s definitely not correct. I have two GV numbers set up to forward calls to the same Ooma number. They don’t allow forwarding to the same cell number, but they do allow for the same “landline”.

Interesting. Because I have a VOIP line, and it did exactly what I said it did when I tried to forward to it from a second GV number. Must be provider-specific, with some small detail separating some from others. Or, not knowing when you accomplished this, perhaps policy has changed since.

I’ll check and raise. I’ve got three GV numbers forwarded to my Ooma voip number. They don’t always forward correctly, but troubleshooting showed that just one GV number forwarded failed occasionally.

ETA: As for timelines, the first two were added 11 years ago. The third was added ~6 years ago.
