I’ve never tried it, but would be surprised if they did. I also don’t expect their laxity to continue too long once CapOne gets their hands in the pie.
Yes. You just cant have more than 2 Discover cards at a time. And you may or may not need to wait for the newly closed account to report on your credit before applying for the next card.
