Thanks for that info. I buy the huge Kirkland TP, however I must double up on quantity because its so thin. I buy Charmin in the regular market. Kirkland is now for off my list for sure…
Good luck finding it. We have 4 Costcos within a 45 minute drive and none of them have had the Charmin in stock - it’s always on the ‘out of stock’ whiteboard at the entrance.
Agree that the Kirkland TP is junk. We’ve been buying stopgap toilet paper until we can find the wide Charmin in stock.
The week after a friend gives us 80lbs of venison, Costco puts a sale on their Prime beef strip loin - $25 off each package.
With all of the talk about beef prices, I wasn’t expecting this sale, and don’t know the price per pound. Consequently, this “deal” may not be that great.
The other day I looked at the grocery store’s meat counter and was surprised to find nearly 1/3 of the product had those “reduced” stickers on it due to being close-dated. And this was like 2 or 3 in the afternoon. I cant remember it being so prevalent, and normally you need to be their bright and early for any markdowns to still be there.
Ditto here, and we’re in a relatively wealthy area east of Seattle.
I suspect the current pricing reflects the reality of the cost to produce, process, and ship beef, but they aren’t getting any takers at these prices. Something has to give.
