There is nothing in any medical literature supporting this claim. Where do you get it from? What have you read that allows you to come to the conclusions that a person that starts puberty many years after they would have started it naturally, years after they would have completed puberty, years after their body has stopped growing would have a completely normal adult body, with completely normal primary and secondary sex characteristics, with completely normal sexual functions, with the ability to conceive a child or fertilize an egg, with the ability to carry a pregnancy to term, and with the ability to breastfeed a baby?
So far, the only thing we know for sure is that a doctor that supports and performs gender affirming surgery has said she has never come across a patient that has taken puberty blockers since Tanner stage 2 that was able to experience an orgasm - male or female.
Twitter employees have penned an open letter to soon-to-be boss Elon Musk and the Board of Directors begging to keep their jobs , after the Washington Post reported that Musk is planning to get rid of nearly 75% of the company’s 7,500 workers - whittling Twitter down to a ‘skeleton’ staff of just over 2,000.
Following the ‘75% layoff’ report, ‘experts’ told ABC News that the change could “compromise the platform’s capacity to police false or harmful content, with ramifications that extend to social issues like election integrity,” and that “The experience of a typical user could change significantly, they added, noting the possible rise of harassment and other forms of corrosive discourse .”
Cuts to the content moderation workforce would align with statements made by Musk in recent months about his commitment to the principle of free speech, suggesting that Twitter should permit all speech that stops short of violating the law, the experts said. -ABC News
A nice comparison of how two different journalists covered a young girl’s drag performance in OR.
The tense protest made the pub in Eugene, about 110 miles (175 kilometers) south of Portland, the latest target of anti-LGBTQ rhetoric that’s increasingly targeting drag story time events around the U.S.
The Drag Queen Story Hour, a national project conceived as a means to educate and entertain children by appealing to their imaginations, has generated social media backlash from opponents who claim they want to protect children.
She has a “drag queen mother”, woman named Kelsey Boren. We found photos of Kelsey with Vanellope on an Insta account of Kelseys and a Facebook page. Kelsey Boren was arrested in August of 2020 on child porn charges while she was working as a teaching assistant.
Time to stop trusting the AP News on politics I guess. Here’s more historical background on the philosophy and ideological motivations.
So far, 67 officials or agencies — including the FBI — have been accused in the lawsuit of violating the First Amendment by pressuring Facebook, Twitter and Google to censor users for alleged misinformation or disinformation.
“We allege that top-ranking Biden administration officials colluded with those social media companies to suppress speech about the Hunter Biden laptop story, the origins of COVID-19, the efficacy of masks, and election integrity,” is how the lawsuit was summarized by intrepid Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, who is leading the action.
On covid for sure they have direct evidence of Biden admin people telling Twitter to figure out how to ban people. That’s from existing lawsuits vs Twitter for example, that progressed to discovery. I don’t know as much about the other claims.
Exactly. We have seen a lot of wild allegations in lawsuits that promptly go nowhere because the lawyers know they can’t actually make the claims in the courtroom without the ability to back them up.
But…the inability to back them up does not mean the allegations are false. There’s a lot of stuff that are correct yet virtually impossible to prove to a court’s standard. Especially when the perps are consciously making it virtually impossible to prove.
The video embedded at the link is well worth watching
Musk has released a statement telling advertisers—and anyone else who’s interested in the direction he wants to take Twitter in—exactly what his focus is and what he intends to do with the platform. It reads like a love letter, not only to Twitter, but to the First Amendment and free expression.
He also addressed the growing trend of trying to cancel people by bullying advertisers into leaving platforms that allows free speech.
Here’s the real danger: Elon musk wants Twitter to be open and let everyone express their opinions no matter how offensive they might be. From the Biden administration’s perspective, that’s a danger.
Watch my full report on Musk’s free speech revolution in the video above!
All I’m saying is that the lack of progress in a court case doesnt inherently mean the allegations made in the case are proven false. You need proof to be certain that something happened, but you also need proof to be certain that it did not happen - one of those pesky details people love to gloss over when screaming 'DISINFORMATION!"
Most of the crap everyone keeps using to try to discredit each other actually falls in the category of “inconclusive”.
I suppose. The problem arises when our internal gauge of certainty is broken. When there is no proof, then the allegation must be presumed false or most likely false. But many people believe what they want to believe regardless, which is how we end up with so many conspiracy theorists, election deniers, and most religions.
When you have a broken nose and I have a broken hand, is your sudden fear of me irrational because it must be presumed I did not slug you in the face since you have no proof?
When there is no proof, the conclusions drawn become opinion rather than fact. And opinions have no right or wrong. Far too many people consider their opinions to be fact, and use that as the basis to declare others’ opinions false. When opinions differ, the only solutions are convincing the other side why yours is more valid, compromise, or bullying the dissidents into submission. And these days, bullying is seen as a bad thing - unless someone isnt agreeing with you, then it’s good and entirely necessary and even cheered.
This makes no sense. Why would I fear you unless I was sure you did it? And the only way to be sure is to have some kind of evidence, either witnesses (myself included) or if I could prove your location at the time, or something. If I had no proof why would I even suspect you? Just because of a broken hand? Doesn’t make sense.
I disagree – opinions may have no right or wrong, but they can also be strictly one or the other.
