Well, not only I have a remote job, I am self-employed. Meaning that I can move anywhere around the world. The only difficult thing I have is the time-zone.
As other suggests, you can save your expenses by moving to places with lower cost of living, but many places that are cheap do not offer a lot of activities for people to enjoy. If you personally like some rural adventures you can opt for living in rural areas with a lot of natural scenery. Or some state/national park area, etc.
