Remember when you tossed this out before, and it was refuted? Waiting a couple weeks isn’t going to make anyone forget that it’s yet another misleading accusation.
We also have about 340 million live Americans who want to get on with their lives, too.
At the very least, give Trump credit for practicing what he preaches…
Sure… but that he later went with a completely nonsense excuse of indefinite audit (which an audit does NOT even preclude release…) doesn’t change the facts that he promised to release it very soon. And said it was ready and “beautiful”.
But then he also has repeatedly been promising release of a new healthcare plan “within a couple weeks” for years now… so not like any facts matter. You’ll “refute” by just pretending things haven’t happened that are directly recorded on video or audio.
I mean, sure, if you ignore the fact that for one its stuff from before his political career, and for the other it’s stuff that was done while in office.
I know, you need to exclude certain “irrelevant” (ie, key, essential) details so your position retains some vague appearance of credibility.
I’m hoping that for our sakes, too. I suspect there’s a third, much more likely, option - they go out and torch something. Unfortunately, there’s a lot of them, and I haven’t heard of any match shortage this summer.
He isn’t serious, either. He’s campaigning.
“Although the company has a long history of federal contracts”
Radical measurers? Electors can vote however the law allows. If they have discretion, they have discretion. If they don’t, it’s a pointless criticism to begin with.
An ABC poll, very biased in favor of Vice President Biden, has him tied with President Trump in both Arizona and Florida, two swing states:
Trump Now Leads Biden in Florida, Arizona, According to Washington Post-ABC Poll
Actually the poll has Trump ever so slightly ahead, but the margin is very small.
Trump is out there campaigning like crazy. The poll numbers will not commence serious movement until after next Tuesday evening’s debate.
Perhaps even better news in that poll is that McSally is gaining big time on Kelly. If Trump wins in AZ I hope she sweeps in on his coattails.
Women in President Donald Trump’s White House earn 69 cents for every $1 paid to male staffers
During the Republican National Convention last month, the high-ranking women in President Donald Trump’s White House tried to make the case for his commitment to gender equality.
For median salaries in the White House, women make nearly 69 cents on the male $1 – worse than the national gender pay gap of 82 cents on the dollar.
The Trump administration said it has more women in senior positions than any other president. An analysis by The 19th of its commissioned officers – assistants, deputy assistants and special assistants to the president (the highest rank) – found that about 40% of staffers with that ranking in the Trump White House are women.
In the 2016 Obama White House, which had a larger overall staff, the gender split in top positions was 50–50.
A Brookings Institution analysis of top advisers across administrations found that the 2017 Trump administration had women in 23% of its “A” team positions, what Brookings defines as the most influential staff members. That’s less than the 2009 Obama administration, the 2001 George W. Bush administration and the 1993 Bill Clinton administration.
Well, at least he employed women. It has come out that in all her many, many years on the bench, RBG employed just one black clerk.
WOW!!
Trump said Jews are ‘only in it for themselves’ and ‘stick together,’ according to a new report
Jews “are only in it for themselves” and “stick together,” Trump said in front of officials in his administration, according to a new report from The Washington Post on Wednesday.
More than two dozen current and former Trump administration officials spoke with The Post about the president’s views on race and described racist remarks they said he has made while in office.
"Trump initially refused to support the initiative, and only changed his mind when senior aides informed him it would better his weak standing with Black voters, according to The Post.
The move didn’t have the intended effect, however, driving the president “sh–t house crazy,” an ex-Trump administration official told the news outlet.
The Post also reported that Trump scolded his then-adviser Omarosa Manigault Newman for working to increase funding for historically Black colleges and universities because the move failed to garner support among Black voters. Manigault Newman served from the start of his presidency until December 2017.
“You’ve been at this for four months, Omarosa,” Trump reportedly said, “but the numbers haven’t budged.”
The Post’s reporting echoes critics who have criticized Trump for acting in a way that benefits his reelection purposes, not the country. His former national security adviser John Bolton, for example, has previously claimed that Trump has manipulated the powers of his office to increase the chances of winning a second term. "
There is no question Trump hates his Jewish daughter and son-in-law, but especially his Jewish grandkids.
Heck, Trump hates Kushner so much he made him a senior advisor and charged him with spearheading his successful Middle East peace effort.
Yup, Trump really has it in for the Jews . . . no question of that.
(give us a break)
Funny how you post this headline, then quote a lot of “data” about something entirely unrelated.
Isn’t that what everyone does these days? Holding hostage aid (like unemployment) that everyone agrees on sure isn’t helping the country, either.
Besides, if it isn’t good for the country, it isnt good for his reelection chances too. The “critics” merely disagree over what should be done. And in what has sadly become the norm, when you disagree with what someone is doing, they must have alternate motives - couldn’t possible be that they feel differently about what needs to be done.
Classy as usual
That was a heck of a lot classier than what he’s said previously. It’s like you expect him to lie, and cant compute when he actually says something truthful and benign.
For those of you having trouble understanding why anyone would support Trump, this is a good place to start learning. “Trump attacks McCain” is the headline, “never a fan” was the actual quote. There’s no way you cant characterize that as pushing a narrative. A large chunk of his support isnt about Trump, it’s about wondering why the establishment obsessively hates him to such a ridiculous extent.
Trump refuses to commit to peaceful transfer of power if he loses
“”… will you commit to making sure that there is a peaceful transferral of power after the election?”
“Well, we’re going to have to see what happens, you know that. I’ve been complaining very strongly about the ballots, and the ballots are a disaster,” Trump responded.
“I understand that, but people are rioting,” Karem continued. “Do you commit to making a peaceful transferral of power—”
“Get rid of the ballots and you’ll have a very peaceful — there won’t be a transfer, frankly, there will be a continuation. The ballots are out of control. “”
Spoken like a true anti-American dictator.
