The 2020 USA POTUS election politics, the civil war, and the world war (Part 1)

No one could have known the events that are the trainwreck of 2020 and this administration.

“Vice President Biden intends to deliver his debate answers in words. If the president thinks his best case is made in urine he can have at it,” said Kate Bedingfield, Biden’s deputy campaign manager. “We’d expect nothing less from Donald Trump, who pissed away the chance to protect the lives of 200K Americans when he didn’t make a plan to stop COVID-19.”

Trump’s returns show he has $421 million in debt, many loans coming due, and could owe the IRS $100 million in penalties,

In 2018, Trump businesses reported just $34.7 million cash on hand.

And the $20M net operating income on Trump Tower, if you know anything about real estate cap rates, is worth more than all of that combined. Plus he has valuable real estate properties in San Fran too that are probably another 9 figures. Forbes, who ranks rich people’s wealth regularly, estimates that the virus knocked Trump’s net worth down from $3B to $2B. Don’t expect to see him in the poor house any time soon.

The fact you keep repeating this only makes it clear you have no understanding of what you’re talking about.

If you know anything about real estate, most properties are purchased with loans, called mortgages. A $100 million mortgage on Trump Tower in New York will come due in 2022.

Excessive debt is viewed as a national security vulnerability and generally means no security clearance allowed. This is because a debt ridden person has financial obligations and can become desperate and the loaning institution has undue influence over the person.

Do you think it’s appropriate that this billionaire pays less taxes than you do?

Trump has lied to everyone about everything. Take a look at the big picture and see if this man is fit to be an executive of anything. Would you want him running your business, doing your taxes, responsible for your family?

I’d gladly take that property, all debts included. It’s conservatively worth 5x that debt, even discounting the mayor trying to run NYC into the ground. Hardly excessive unless there are a lot of other obligations as well.

Do you think it’s appropriate that this billionaire pays less taxes than you do?

I’m pretty sure that article describes how Trump paid more in taxes than I’ve ever made… tens of millions at least.

More vote by mail ballot fraud, Somali style.

Baseless conspiracy theories! You have no evidence that would ever actually happen!

Yes, keep equating multi-billions of real estate with a minimum wage worker taking out a hundred dollar payday loan or $5k gambling debt. Everyone (at least anyone with half a brain) would be absolutely shocked if Trump didn’t have hundreds of millions, potentially even billions, of mortgage debt on the books.

I watched the Amy Coney Barrett (ACB) Rose Garden nomination ceremony. What a wonderful event and what a spectacular nominee!

But my mind turned to how the dirty Democrats might seek to take ACB out. They already went after her on her religious convictions three years ago, even though doing so is a violation of the Constitution. That didn’t work, and violations of the Constitution are routine for Democrats anyway.

Thus I’m thinking husband and kids. Both clearly are very important to ACB. Her husband, Jesse, is a lawyer. The Democrats could try to dig up dirt on him . . . . maybe from when he was in high school or college . . . or whatever. It makes no difference. Maybe he pooped his pants in grade school and was sent to the the principal’s office. That would be reason enough for Democrats to decry and reject this nominee.

I’m also worried Democrat radicals could go after one or more of ACB’s younger kids. The youngest could not be more than seven or eight years old. And neither she nor her family has protection. What a target!! Just a threat, alone, to the children could be enough to force ACB to step aside. This would be no problem at all for the unhinged Democrat mob. Get rid of nominees like Barrett and they get what they want: mob rule.

I put nothing past the Democrat scum. Nothing at all will be off the table. Nothing. They will do anything whatsoever to get their way, rules, law, and decency be damned.

It describes that Trump paid a couple thousand dollars in personal income taxes over 18 years. Most years he paid zero. In 2016 and 2017 he paid $750. Do you understand this?

Do you think Trump is a good businessman since he says he’s losing money on nearly all his businesses every year? Not just some money; he detailed massive losses in most of his businesses.

Read that carefully. This is what Trump says his businesses are doing. Himself. Not other people. Do you believe he is lying? Wouldn’t that be a crime?

This is a conspiracy theory site. Fringe far right theories, pro-Russian, run by a Bulgarian using an American pseudonym who formerly traded securities before being charged for insider trading and receiving a lifetime ban from securities trading.

Tyler Durden is a fake name used by Daniel Ivandjiiski. (Tyler Durden is the name of Brad Pitt’s character in Fight Club.)

This is a silly false propaganda piece. If anything is fake news, this is.

I’d like to see Hunter Biden’s tax returns. Bet they show millions in ill-gotten gains obtained as a result of Joe having run interference for him in Ukraine and China.

Meanwhile, Biden’s own returns are surely clean as a whistle. Biden has been in politics for decades. Politicians, all of them, launder their returns really well. Business people do not.

We need more business people in office and fewer politicians.

Yes*. Good real estate businessmen manage their assets to minimize taxable income.

*You can question his business acumen based on (a number of) other factors, but not on the basis that you’re claiming.

Yeah. And all the rubbish LEFT wing “news” articles you post are the God’s honest truth. In a pig’s eye!! Lefties wouldn’t know the truth if they tripped over it.

Naw, you simply don’t report such gains. Then there’s no evidence, thus it’s ludacris to make such a baseless allegation.

Failure to report such income is, of course, a crime. This would be standard operating procedure for Biden & Company.

So you’re right.

When you’re not smart enough to avoid taxes legally, in accord with law and safe from audit, you do it Biden’s way: you cheat.

Joe Biden has been accused of being a Trojan Horse candidate, a way for Bernie, AOC, and the other socialists to gain power. They are all very quiet now in hope their scheme is working.

But the above accusation is only half right. Biden’s candidacy represents only HALF of that Trojan Horse, the posterior half. You see, Biden is a (Trojan) horses ass.

Biden is old as dirt and dumb as a sack of rocks. He finished near the bottom of his class in law school. As an undergrad he majored in football. Biden could not run a business if his life depended on it. And had he been POTUS at the time of the raid in Pakistan, Osama would still be alive today. Of all of President Obama’s senior advisors, Biden was the only one too afraid to go in. Even Hillary got that decision right! Thank goodness Obama ignored Biden!

And yet there exist people today who believe Biden is qualified to become POTUS! That’s just nuts!

Trump writes off money he gives to Ivanka by calling her a “contractor”

The report detailed that Trump has tried to write-off things like family vacations while claiming to be a billionaire with nearly half a billion dollars in debt.

Gift taxes are when a living person gives over $15,000 to a person, and Trump has given Ivanka much more than that. But to get around it, he calls his money to her “contractor fees,” which she declares as “income.” She’s also had nearly $100,000 in fees for her hair and makeup paid by the president for years.

“Mr. Trump has written off as business expenses costs — including fuel and meals — associated with his aircraft, used to shuttle him among his various homes and properties,” said the Times . “Likewise, the cost of haircuts, including the more than $70,000 paid to style his hair during ‘The Apprentice.’ Together, nine Trump entities have written off at least $95,464 paid to a favorite hair and makeup artist of Ivanka Trump.”

While Trump’s taxes don’t show the funds that he gave to Ivanka specifically, she reported payments from “consulting” totaling $747,622. It matches the number exactly that Trump wrote off as “consulting,” which he wrote off of his taxes.

To summarize your point:

“Ahhhh! Big numbers! Deductions! Ahhhhhhh!”
