[/quote]It’s hard to win such case in the US due to the 1st Amendment.
HOWEVER, just the threat of suit or even a frivolous suit can have the effect of silence someone. Some state have passed Anti-SLAPP law which deal primarily with speech against businesses but I think it also applies to individual.
I think that the indoctrination is pretty evident here. Just saying it’s not true does not make it so.
There don’t seem to be a lot of communists around these days, unless you count the ChiComms, who appear to be pretty good at capitalism when it suits them.

Yeah I doubt you can technically commit legal defamation against an anonymous online entity. But IANAL Maybe you could sue for libel if you could prove injury. Would probably have to be an extreme example and then like ZenNuts said libel is hard to win.
But I dont really know… Interesting question.

Never heard of this guy, but how does his “meteoric” fame lend any credence to his ideas?
Furthermore, I don’t know exactly what his claims are, but there’s a big difference between saying “there are a lot of people who believe in socialist-types of ideas” and saying “there’s a conspiracy of communists who want to re-educate and execute the rest of us” (and everyone who has liberal ideas is likely to be one).

If government fiat over development where millions of people are displaced for the next superhighway or planned city with no real eminent domain protections is doing capitalism better, then yes, they are much better at it. (just one of their many “controls” over the economy)
Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for a communist country acting as capitalist as possible. But claiming that they are “better” at it because they have grown so much so quickly is disingenuous. I can’t even imagine how well they’d be doing if there weren’t all those years of starvation and political executions!

Yeah they’re clearly still failing miserably in the personal freedom and human rights areas.
OTOH how do you measure capitalist success? Most of the world has been left in the dust by their economic growth.
