Biggest Abortion Case in 29 Years at the Supreme Court

Thanks to Biden, Mexico has come to America big time. And this is what you get:

Disgusting. An exception to the norm which will nevertheless be seized upon by death supporters seeking abortion rights as last ditch birth control.

Useless preface to an otherwise very important story considering he’s from Guatemala and we have no idea when he arrived here.

From the article:

The documents show Bernard performed a non-surgical abortion for a 6-weeks pregnant 10-year-old girl of Mexican ethnicity on June 30.

So you’re arguing this event was a singularity? I disagree.

These illegal people are arriving daily because the border is wide open thanks to Biden. They number in the tens of thousands. While many are good people, too many do not share our values. And there is no discrimination. They just flood in and are dispersed all across America.

This is wrong and is only supported by liberal fools.

During his report for NBC Nightly News , national correspondent Gabe Gutierrez read Yost’s statement on the rape case without noting that the girl could’ve received an abortion in Ohio if her parents notified the proper authorities

I’m guessing the main reason they didnt was because the rapist isnt the only illegal immigrant in this story?

knocked on the door of the mother of the 10-year-old Ohio rape victim who told the reporter that the girl is “fine” and “everything that they’re saying against him [the rapist] is a lie.”

I dont know what they are, but there are definitely some very important pieces of this story that have yet to be disclosed.

I’m arguing that since he’s 27 years old, he could have arrived here anytime in the past 27 years and 9 months. Biden hasn’t been the president for 27 years and 9 months. Much more likely he immigrated illegally during Obama’s or Trump’s terms.

And I agree. But your analysis is far too superficial. This situation is manifestly ongoing and larger than this single incident. Perhaps this fellow arrived during Biden and perhaps not. But quite easily other equally malign illegals have come in thanks to Biden, and his Democrats, open borders assault on my country.

Be as forgiving or nit picking as makes you comfortable. What is happening is deadly wrong. Simply because this particular fellow might not have come in under Biden is not the important point. Too many other equivalently despicable individuals surely have. And that is to say nothing of the drugs.

If it isn’t the point, then try not to say things that aren’t the point, especially when we don’t even know if they are accurate. When you do that, it actually takes away from the point (a point I vehemently agree with).

I will say whatever I please when my country is being invaded and when other people do not, in my view, care sufficiently. If you vehemently agree with me on this I’m unable to tell. I am so sick and tired of the Biden BS, and of those who claim to care but prefer to split hairs.

Sometimes the way you say things can turn people off. You’ve told me in the past that you supported most of Trump’s policies, but in many ways, didn’t care for they way he went about things. So you of all people should understand.

Then you’re not paying attention. I saw it first hand working 7+ years as a patrolman in an urban environment in a precinct with the highest concentration of hispanics in my city. It was rare for me to go an entire shift without wishing I had paid more attention in my high school Spanish class. My city is officially 7% hispanic according to the census bureau, so call it 14% if you want to be accurate. Where I worked was closer to 30%.

At least use the appropriate thread instead of derailing this one.

You already have stated elsewhere that my ways often turn you off. I respect your right to feel that way. Do not expect your feelings to influence my posts.

First of all, it is important to distinguish between Hispanic people here in America legally and the illegals. Many of the former make wonderful contributions to our country. This is a nation of immigrants. The legal ones are a treasure, in my view. Period. While it is difficult to become an American legally, there are damn good reasons for that. The people who persevere and make it through the difficult process deserve our respect and admiration. And many thousands of people do become Americans legally.

Any persons in America who entered illegally need to be deported pronto. They should not be allowed in in the first place. Biden’s filthy open borders policies are anathema. Yes, they really piss me off, as do his repeated lying claims that the border is closed.

Here where I live we have very few Hispanics. Those we do have are assets to the community.

The illegal who raped a nine year old child is scum. And efforts to protect him by persons who support illegal immigration are anti-American. One example of this protection effort was the report filed saying he is a minor:

This is typical of the left wing cancer currently sweeping this nation.

You, of course, have never posted off topic. How disingenuous. You are a typical leftie:

One set of rules for you, a different set of rules for your opponents.

Or maybe, since you’re not a doctor, until all the relevant facts are in you can give that doctor the benefit of the doubt and assume she provided the information that was given to her. She’s not required to hire a detective to determine the identity of the father, is she? She’s probably required to ask, and then report whatever answer she receives, all while respecting patient’s privacy under HIPAA, if applicable.

Your outrage is premature, misguided and misplaced.

No, same rules for all, and when I break them I appreciate being reminded and take corrective action.

No, it is spot on.

That doctor is a noted, and wildly outspoken, abortion rights activist. As such it is reasonable to assume her political views are likely tilted leftward.

But it’s not reasonable to assume that she lied on the state filing. Given the questions regarding the legal status of the kid and the mother, it is even more reasonable to assume that they lied to the doctor.

I suppose that is a possibility. But I’m confident, given the overall situation, the doctor did not go out of her way to get to the truth.

I’ll admit my underlying gut feel here is that the little girl was raped by mom’s boyfriend, a person the mom was anxious to protect.

And I’m confident that the doctor is not (and should not be) obligated to go out of her way to get to the truth. Her responsibility is to provide care for the patient, not establish a chain of evidence to prosecute a court case.

Sure he raped my little girl. But he is really a great guy!!

You cannot make this stuff up!

Except the mother never said or agreed with this. The actual quote from her, translated, is: “everything they are saying against him is a lie.” (original from the telemundo link: “Todo lo que están diciendo en contra de él es mentira”). It is possible she did not know or does not believe it.
