Yes, Iām noticing some pretty good CD offerings.
But rather than opening another new Bank or Credit Union, Iām going to wait until some old one I have has a good deal.

Brokerages have a Capital One 5-year CD yielding 4.8% at the moment.
And a Citibank CD with ~6.5 years remaining (matures 2-2029) yielding 4.7%.
Both are non-callable. But availability/yield can change hour to hour, let alone day to day.
5-year Treasuries are just under 4.4%. 2-year Treasuries are yielding over 4.5%.
