Didn’t charge customer

Just deactivate the license and void the sale for non-payment. Other than that, no additional contact necessary.

Also, my customer did not lose his job or quit. He must have spread the word to coworkers as a cover. Wonderful

sigh… I just can’t understand some people. Never will.

This is my least favorite thread on this forum in a while. It makes me never want to do anything entrepreneurial. The dishonestly of someone that was planning on paying from the beginning but was given a teeny tiny opportunity to steal and then decided to take it is so disheartening.

For all anyone knows, a stolen credit card was used in the first place.

So call the boss. The guy gave you the business’s phone number, which inherently links the business to the purchase/debt/theft. It’s essentially a bluff on your part, but could easily cause him some substantial grief.

just do this and move on.
