Huh? I read that we were fs,m near dead last in the world, at least thru January. We now have a higher level of vaccinations? Who said the truth isn’t malleable? Maybe it was WHO.
For vaccinations? Don’t think so. US has been probably in top 10 since mass vaccinations started in Dec (at least for bigger countries, some tiny islands have done it quicker I think).
I can understand Israel being way high, but Chili is at the top level.

Chili is a wonderful country to visit. Go on a cruise around the cape, weather & sights are unbelievable. Take another land trip to really see the beautiful country.
