This is already in the public records, so I’d pull up the info from the County Appraiser’s (or whatever the tax/records authority is called in your area) website and give it to them.
If you haven’t ever pulled up your public records related to your land/deeds/titles, you should… you might be amazed at what you can find for free.
For example: The Capitol Records Building in Los Angeles (Link to Image) - here is the property tax info: https://portal.assessor.lacounty.gov/parceldetail/5546030028 .
You can find the same for your property, plus (usually) a copy of the deed and other docs related to your mortgage loan on the property / house. Some places have this online, some make you go and search in person at the County.
