Sidney Powell is not at all any kind of crackpot. Check her out and you will learn that. She is a very serious, intelligent, individual with a long record of success taking on the deep state.
I don’t think she is unintelligent, crazy, or a crackpot – I think she is using her position to convince less intelligent and more gullible people to believe the crazy stuff that she is saying.
But I do think that the amount of stuff I have heard come from her own mouth in the last couple of days that is verifiably false and otherwise completely ridiculous, would give me absolutely zero confidence that she is telling the truth or actually has meaningful evidence of any form at all.
What I do think is actually going on, is that Trump is using her as a mouthpiece to expand on conspiracy theories that even he can’t say himself, to convince less sophisticated followers to pay off his campaign debts through their continued contributions.
Basically it is the disturbing last gasp of the ultimate conman, and Sidney Powell simply lacks the integrity to say “no” to spreading this kind of crap.
There is nothing in her background or history to suggest she would do such as that.

Though if she actually believes these conspiracies, than I take it back – she is not as smart as you seem to think and has been fooled by whoever originated them.
I’m more inclined to think that someone in her position is smart enough to know better, though. Which gives me a pretty low opinion of her integrity.

If you don’t think that attorneys can be paid enough to pursue things they don’t believe in, then I think you’re exactly the target audience for the conspiracy theories that Sidney Powell is spreading.

Powell, Wood, and Trump himself know they must prevail in court. There is no other path for them. However, I would note the following:
In their second Article of Impeachment, the Democrats accused President Trump of an impeachable offence because he sought to use the American court system to decide a disagreement between the Executive and the Legislative. So Democrats clearly do not support Trump’s right to seek adjudication of disputed matters.
And that observation is quite clearly on display once again at this time. What Democrats now seek is summary judgement promulgated by their wholly controlled American mainstream media and completely outside our court system.

What I’m watching for now, assuming Trump falls short and must vacate his office, is the impending Democrat attack on Biden. This might already have started. Just because their mainstream media spiked news of Biden’s illegal activity prior to the election is not reason that same media cannot miraculously discover that news going forward and use it against Biden.
The above goes double if the two Democrat Senate candidates prevail in Georgia. Should that eventuate, Biden would be left standing in the way of the center of today’s Democrat machine, which is far left. Clear him away, install Harris their champion, and the far left Democrats will be right where they seek to be.
