The 2020 USA POTUS election politics, the civil war, and the world war (Part 1)

OK that’s just stupid. Everybody farts! In some cultures they don’t even react to natural sounds (fart, cough, sneeze, burp), as they’re considered completely normal. No need to excuse yourself or say anything.

Of course it is. But it was on video. And so loud. And “kids these days” with their memes and their toktiks… The insane “witness” was the more embarrassing nonsense.

"
In a video, which was live streamed, posted online, then deleted, the group of men drive from southern California to tear down the structure, apparently threatened by its sudden appearance.

Dressed in camo gear, armed with night-vision goggles and energy drinks, the young men chose to make their move at night – they tore down the structure while chanting “Christ is king!” and “America first!” One of the men even states: “We don’t want illegal aliens from Mexico, or outer space.”

After demolishing the metal monolith, the men plant their seemingly homemade cross on the ground, with one announcing: “This is what I think about pagan cringe.”

During the video, the men make plenty of offensive comments while referencing Donald Trump (shocking) and the QAnon conspiracy theory (even more shocking), and state that their mission is to demonstrate “how much we love Jesus Christ.”

Perhaps we should be grateful they didn’t set fire to that cross.
"

Lol !

“This is like watching some sort of a skit…”

"It was certainly compelling testimony, but I don’t think it was the type of compelling that maybe Giuliani was looking for. "

Speaking of skits, did you see this comparison?

What incredible anti-American incompetence. His actual job is to help the American government and the transition to a new administration as provided for in the Constitution. He was required to make an oath of allegiance to the Constitution, not Trump. How will this make things better for America by trying to hamstring American security?

For sure, if the new administration wants to blame the previous administration for their problems, this time they will be 100% right.

I’m pretty certain there is zero mention of “the transition” anywhere in the Constitution, nor is there any mention of the Pentagon Chief of Staff.

Not giving Biden’s people free reign is not “blocking” anything. I think history would show that most transitions involve most information being exchanged through designated point persons. Especially in the early days, before anything is actually being handed off.

I believe this is a case of random career officials thinking they should be able to tell Biden’s people what they wanted to do, instead of Trump’s people telling them what they were supposed to be doing.

This is true until modern history. Where it has become abundantly clear that cooperation to facilitate smooth transitions is important to national security. (See 9/11 report).

So, it’s not in the constitution specifically except as/if it applies to violating the oath of office by damaging national security. I am not saying it is or not in this case, as that would come down to details not assumptions like you’re making (though the early delays were definitively damaging).

Trump is offering Biden a lot more help than he received from Obama. Obama was running a White House operation to spy on Trump and his people, to embarrass Trump at every opportunity, and to hobble Trump in his early days in office and to render impossible everything he wanted to accomplish.

Democrats back then labelled themselves “the resistance” as if Trump, duly and fairly elected, had taken the office of POTUS by force. Now Biden says we should simply forget all that and offer him cooperation once considered customary. Biden is dreaming. I want his liberal, socialist aspirations never to become reality.

Repeating false claims doesn’t make them true.

Yes, our intelligence agencies were observing communications with Russian spies. Yes, those spies were communicating with the Trump campaign. That’s no scandal to monitor foreign spies.

I would warn you that the depth of Obama’s personal malfeasance, and as well that of his lackeys, remains to date not fully probed. The matter is receiving attention, however, but certainly not from Democrats who are in complete denial. Democrats are evil and they are extremely dangerous. They are beyond any doubt a threat to our freedom and liberty.

What evidence do you have of “modern history” requiring the “the transition” have an open door, unrestrained access to all levels of the government?

I did not say they should just be shut out until inauguration day, I said that the information typically flows through point persons designated to work with the transition. It’s not a free-for-all. That simply is not a lack of cooperation, despite your apparent insistence on labeling it as such.

In fact, I’d argue that anything else would in fact be a threat to national security, because everyone would be busy answering transition questions instead of doing their jobs.

I had quoted the wrong sentence. Updated.

I was responding to a transition procedure in general “not being anywhere in the constitution”.
It’s covered by the oath of office, as the government has determined that its critical to national security. That’s where whistleblowers can come in to the process, and mandatory reports to congress, where congress determines if impeachment is necessary, like played out with the Ukraine coercion.

I then also said I don’t know about this specific case referred to in the new article (neither do you), as we are not privy to all the details and specifics.

Yes now & then we all make mistakes.

I think I made a wrong assumption about L, Lin Wood Attorney. I haven’t heard anymore about those 900 military absentee ballots not being counted. Maybe that will still come about. Not hearing any reports on that case makes me wonder. What happened?

The thing that makes no since to me about Lin Wood, is his telling Georgia Republicans to not vote in their Senatorial election. We know there was corruption in the Georgia Presidential election. A true fact!
But Republican citizens must all turn out & vote at Jan 5th election.

As Shummer (sp) has reported “If we win Georgia we will change America”.

It still doesn’t change the fact that what he says is violating the constitution in reality has nothing to do with the constitution.

It’s the definition of a baseless claim. But apparently that’s perfectly acceptable, since it’s being made against Trump.

Lose your House seat fair and square in the recounts? No problem, pitch it to the House of Representatives to just give it to you anyways (at least if the loser was a Democrat).

Iowa’s state elections board on Monday certified Republican Mariannette Miller-Meeks’s victory in the 2nd district, flipping a seat currently held by a Democrat. But her opponent, Rita Hart, is dusting off a 1969 federal statute to have the House of Representatives pick the winner.

What are the chances the top 7 people for these roles in the Biden team were women? Probably sexist to ask a math question of communication majors like that I know.

"I am proud to announce today the first senior White House communications team comprised entirely of women. These qualified, experienced communicators bring diverse [entirely non-male] perspectives…” Biden said in a statement.
