Except it’s all the headlines paraphrasing and interpreting what Trump says that is inciting threats, intimidation, and violence. And the absolute minimum (if I take your claim at face value), incessently harping on such comments serves no purpose but to ensure the message gets spread as widely as possible.

Most importantly, as usual and as he has done all his life, Trump is abandoning American allies who worked with and supported American troops, and many of them will die at the hands of the Taliban. If the country is abandoned it will become another Islamic terrorist haven, and the Taliban won’t care about potential US attacks as they believe they can outlast and defeat the US (and NATO) whatever they do.
Hurts people? Check. Destroys environment? Check. Destroys religious and cultural sites sacred to Native Americans? Check. Opposed by people who live there? Check.

I said smart because even if deceptive, it’s much better marketing than a standard plea to give money to fund the GA senate runoff. Someone from a different state would be harder to convince to give to the GA senate runoff campaign than appealing to their sense of being the hero who gives their last hard earn cash to the worthy cause of saving the integrity of the US election system and single-handedly getting Trump re-elected!
Beside I doubt many donors would question whether in the end the Trump PAC or RNC will put their money to great use, even if they realized the implication of the fine print, had they read it. I’m wondering why these lawyers are not being disbarred. Constantly presenting ludicrous cases without a shred of evidence would be enough to lose a license, but they are also undoubtedly committing perjury in court and making false accusations of people and companies which is illegal. Gross incompetence is another reason for disbarment.
