The 2020 USA POTUS election politics, the civil war, and the world war (Part 1)

I noted she required people to vote on her speakership in person however. Talk about unsafe.

So when will she move Swalwell off Intel? Probably never…

For her to do so would mean an admission of error. Democrats make copious numbers of errors, but they never admit to any of them.

This sort of thing will never happen during, or following, the Biden administration. Love him or hate him, and for me it is much closer to the latter, Biden understands the need for any POTUS to populate his administration with like-minded lackeys. Trump certainly did not understand this for the first couple of years. He might now. I hope he does now; but of course it is too late.

Trump did not understand that if you populate your administration with holdovers from the old guard they will stab you in the back at every opportunity. Bush, back in 2001, also had trouble with this concept. Why is it always Republicans who fail to understand the obvious?

Anyway, Biden’s Rolodex has no such insufficiencies. And America will be just that much worse off because of it.

You know Biden won the election when:

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo Bans Sale of Confederate Flags

The Democrats are back in charge. To hell with the First Amendment. No. Wait. Wrong, instead:

To hell with the entire Constitution of the United States of America!!

And BTW, Cuomo is a jackass who has harmed a great many New York people and who has killed thousands of others. But he has a corner on the political correctness market, and on the virtue signalling market, too. Both are his specialities.

?? Where does the constitution require the government to sell seditious memorabilia on public property?

687,000 Californians have moved to Texas in the last decade

You gotta be one of the 687,000. Right?

'Cause with your viewpoints, pardner, you sure ain’t like no other native Texan I ever ran into. But you qualify to be a Californian, no doubt about it.

Yes, your normal non-answer.

Again I ask, where does “the entire Constitution of the United States of America” mandate that the government facilitate the sale of Confederate battle flags and Nazi merchandise on government and public property?

You can’t answer because obviously the constitution does not mandate the government to facilitate the sale of seditious or hate merchandise.

Well, I was trying to be kind and nice. After all, I offered you an out, assuming you received your schooling in California you could be forgiven for not understanding the article where is says, and I quote:

Cuomo was well aware that such legislation is likely to fail a First Amendment test, but this did not deter him.

Based on that I would have to observe the problem probably lies within the Bill of Rights or, as you and other liberals would term them:

The Bill of Wrongs

Course if you’re a native long tall Texan you would have known all that. Most real Texans take their rights and liberties extremely seriously, and naturally they are Republicans.

Opinions on a blog are not facts… yes, the blog writer claims there is a first amendment issue with the government not facilitating the sale of seditious and hate merchandise on public property. That doesn’t make it so.

Well, now, there you go again. You see, real Texans do not look at things that way. But of course a Californian, one of the 687,000 perhaps, most likely would.

No, there your “article”/blog post went. It said because Westboro hate group could stand on public property that somehow that also means the government has to allow and facilitate sale of hate merchandise on state property. They are not obviously one and the same thing.

The courts are there to determine if there’s any speech issue with the part the blog quoted Cuomo seeing a flaw in – which was about “display” and not facilitating sales. No, I didn’t go hunt down other revenge, I’m just going from your linked blog post.

These days, one person’s hate is another person’s family tradition. There is not at all universal agreement on such things. And the liberals are trying unsuccessfully to stuff their haughty, sanctimonious, values down the throats of everyone else.

Good luck with that. S’not gonna happen. We are not buyin’ what you’re selling.

Your blog post said they were a hate group, and that’s why it was equivalent.

Not all family traditions are good. If, for example, you had a “family tradition” of burning crosses in people’s yards and wearing a white sheet, that doesn’t make it not hate.

Apparently not. Because I’m not selling Confederate battle flags or merchandise with nazi swastikas. Now, DVDs, rechargeable batteries, and some other assorted things I AM selling… (whenever I get around to listing them on Amazon/ eBay)

Yeah. What Cuomo and other liberals define as a hate group.

Liberals seek negatively to characterize anything with which they do not agree. Look how they throw around the term “racist”, for example.

Pesky Lib’rals always destroying history… destroying statues they don’t agree with. CANCEL CULTURE

shinobi, way back you asked Bender if he was a real native Texan.
I may have missed his answer. Bender, are you?

I’ll bet not many “real Texans” agree with your political lunatics. Californians as a whole, would love it…

“Real Texan” is not a thing.
Are you asking if I was born in Texas? Yes…
