I’ll bet not many “real Californians” agree with your political lunatics. South Carolinians as a whole, would love it…
You and shinobi are shining beacons of ignorance. It doesn’t matter where someone is from or where they were born. That doesn’t make them “real this” or “real that”. And it doesn’t determine anything about them – not their political leanings, religious beliefs, habits, etc. To imply so is just silly.
Yes like these Mississippi liberals for example:

I wonder if the Seattle politicians trying to legalize decriminalize theft under a “poverty defense” will include politicians stealing from the public?
BS line from the nut wing media propaganda machine. She’s proposing “charges against most misdemeanor suspects could be dismissed if they can show symptoms of mental illness or addiction or if they can prove the crime provided for a need to survive”. Given that nothing is known about the suspect, it’s quite a stretch to link that crime to her legislation.
Living in Seattle, you’d have to be crazy to be against her decriminalization policy, so clearly any misdemeanors you commit against her are justified.
I just wanted to preserve that for the future. ![]()
The culture your side wants to cancel is not Nazism or anything akin thereto.
The culture you want to cancel is the traditional American culture, which clearly you all detest.
You want to cancel Christopher Columbus, Thomas Jefferson, and the father of our country, George Washington. You want to uplift BLM, an organization which is self-admittedly Marxist hence wildly un-American. You want to do away with much of our Bill of Rights, and you disrespect generally the American Constitution.
You do not embrace traditional American values. You do not deserve to call yourself an American, and you certainly do not qualify as a Texan. If you were really born in Texas it must have been to parents who emigrated there from New York City. In Texas you are the quintessential misfit. One wonders how you became so messed up, what sour life experience left you in such a deep hole.
The American mainstream media propaganda arm of the DNC is at it again. We all have seen this movie before, but this is their playbook and they’re sticking to the script:
First they trumpet how CLOSE the two sides have become to agreement on the stimulus and the budget. Then later, when Republicans insist on sanity and Democrats seek at the last gunfire once again to mortgage America’s future, the media changes its tune and blasts Republicans for torpedoing an almost certain deal instead of kowtowing to the media puppet’s Democrat masters. This is such unvarnished BS.
Will the American mainstream media ever give us a break and tell the truth . . . . about anything at all? Not as long as they are working for the DNC and not for the American people!
So what are the dirty Democrats in truth up to this time? Well, they have wanted all along to obtain, in the stimulus, billions of $$$ to bail out their irresponsible, overspending blue states and blue cities. The Republicans have said “no”.
Now the Democrats are attempting a last minute end run. Instead of putting the unmerited money into the stimulus, they are now seeking to insert those same undeserved billions into FEMA appropriations within the budget itself!! Their idea is that, after January twentieth, Biden will declare emergencies and distribute those excess FEMA funds to regions of Democrat fiscal failure.
This is, of course, just more Democrat BS and the Republicans are having none of it . . . . . so far . . . . and I hope permanently. If the Democrats want money for their free-spending states and cities, let them tell their lackeys to CUT SPENDING!!
What mentally healthy person, with plenty of money and sober, decides to throw stones at other people’s houses?
Oh scripta, you are so stiff!
I told you once that you didn’t have funny bone in your body. That still stands.
Yes I’m a “real Californian” & my political leanings are known. Yes again, I’m on the losing side.
But with this incoming administration, I’m prepared for a short term. Blaa, blaa. blaa.
We’ve been here before, I remember well… Reagan & Trump. ![]()
I agree with you on the fact that it was a positive to go through the process of seeing the challenges to this election dismissed by the various courts. Including the SCOTUS decision on lack of standing of the TX lawsuit. Dispelling doubts sounds like the right thing to do especially when this much is at stake. Doing so, I hope - but I don’t hold my breath since confirmation bias is often stronger than facts - may helps some realize that the election was not stolen or that mail voting is not automatically ripe for widespread fraud, that machines are not routinely hacked to switch votes for this or that candidate.
But what bothers me is two-fold. First, the pre-emptive undermining of voting integrity, claiming months before the election that it will be stolen/corrupt/etc. What prevents all candidates going forward to claim this? If you win, you can claim that the American people have defeated the corrupt schemes to steal the election from them and you won despite the fraud. If you lose, you just can claim that it was indeed stolen and you called it all along. Basically you were right and actually won either way. That’s utter BS and complete lack of class.
The second part is the lack of decency and respect for our democracy. Promoting what ended up being essentially conspiracy theories on voting fraud without any evidence, shows a pathetic lack of decency and signals deliberate attempts at voter suppression and/or disenfranchising voters going forward. If both candidate claimed that the voting process was fraudulent where would that leave our democracy? Continuing to refuse to concede after seeing that no proof of widespread fraud was found despite leaving no stones unturned, is not only poor manners, but it’s also a slap in the face to voters. It sends the message: I don’t care how you voted, I know better than you.
So I hope that we won’t witness this lack of grace in defeat and a repeat of the torrent of unsubstantiated junk we saw this year at every future election. The entire process was a disgrace IMO and repeat every election cycle would only serve to confirm to the world how low we’ve fallen from the beacon of democracy we should be.
#TrumpEconomy continues.
The Paxton lawsuit in exchange for a pardon was a charade and poorly represents the state. TX has no interest in how other states conduct their elections, just like we’d reject interference from other states trying to tell us how to do things. (Despite our poor historical turnout numbers).
It’s fine for things to play out in the courts, but it’s bad that all of the frivolous lawsuits that have been brought in bad faith have not had tangible consequences for those involved. The monetary costs should be covered by those behind them, and there should be disbarments and other penalties rather than simply dismissing them all with harsh language.
This likely has to do with the courts showing respect for the office of the President and not wanting to appear political because the clown in office has associated himself with these criminally abusive filings.
The talk all along has been mostly procedural risk, changing rules to open the door for such inpropriety. So the answer is, when such concerns are expressed you address them rather than dismissing and ridiculing them.
Related, Paxton is not only under indictment for multiple fraud charges, the sleazebag is also a thief guilty of grand theft, as can be seen on video. Incoming AG Ken Paxton returns another lawyer's $1,000 pen he picked up at courthouse metal detector
Here’s the video:
Another important thing that bothers me. The media refused to tell any truth of the Joe & Hunter Chinese game of corruption that had been going on for years. Actual media complete blackout of the matter. Media matters.
Many American voters might have changed their mind had that truth been mentioned beforehand.
Now we have a President Elect that starts off his term with corruption at his back door.
Lots of baseless claims here involving election integrity.
Valid characterization. Lots of claims, no evidence or sources linked. Some claims disagree with the details in the “lawsuits” filed, and the others have all been investigated and dismissed by courts.
Oh, she’s an anti vaxxer who pushed “stories” on autism from vaccines… https://web.archive.org/web/20190127035251/https://blogs.plos.org/thepanicvirus/2011/03/31/more-embarrassing-anti-vaccine-reporting-from-cbs-newss-sharyl-attkisson/
I guess it makes sense. Apprpriate place to turn for fair reporting during a hoax pandemic.
