The 2020 USA POTUS election politics, the civil war, and the world war (Part 1)

Ok, so it was 10 years ago. What ever…

I watched CNN this morning for an hour to see News worthy info for the day. They spent 25 minutes on Gaetz, another 20 minutes on Covid-19, & finished the rest of the time on Capitol killing.
Never mentioned a word on The border crisis.

The opposite news on FOX. The border info for half the hour, Capitol killing a good portion of time & never mentioned Gaetz.

Interesting!

The border wall, defeated by a 3 year old. Now that the 3 and 5 year old are on US soil, maybe we should just, I don’t know, shoot them or something. Not like their parents back in shiat-hole-ville would know. We could sell hunting permits to Republicans.

/or we could be sane and try to help improve conditions in their home countries so they dont want to come here.

OK. Routine stuff. So why was Biden so wildly unprepared?

Oh wait, I got it. You’re saying Biden is an incompetent manager.

We agree on that. Certainly bumbling Biden took a situation President Trump had under excellent control and made an absolute mess of it. Biden is a lifelong politician who never managed anything or built anything. He cannot manage his was out of a paper bag.

Trump’s wall is thirty feet high. That fourteen foot barrier must have been old construction, not as yet renewed and raised to the current Trump standard.

Some of these places can’t be helped…

You mentioned that their parents were back in sh-hole-Ville.
That’s not what I heard… It was announced that the 3 & 5 year old children’s parents (mother) are in the USA waiting to pickup them.
I sure hope so.

Illegal immigration has been on a long term decline.

/ the “its all Biden’s fault and why hasn’t he fixed it yet!!!” started at approximately 12:01pm est, January 20th.
// probably needs more exclamation points for the whining.

Incidentally, the reason no one hears about Gaetz on Fox is because Gaetz went on Tuckers show for a softball interview and implied Tucker knew about what Gaetz does. Story hasnt been covered since because Fox is the mouthpiece of the Republican party and the news that yet another Republican Congressman being a pedo rapist just doesnt look good.

/When you own Fox, you get a private audience with McConnell on a day the Capitol is closed.

It’s almost as if all that pedo stuff the QAnon cries about just happens in the party they support.

/ok, it’s pretty much exactly like that.

The grifter infects everything:

“… the campaign used pre-checked boxes, which became “dizzyingly complex” as finances worsened. If donors missed the fine print, what they thought were one-time donations wound up recurring weekly. Another pre-checked box automatically added cash to the amount given.”

"…details about specific cases, including one man who donated $500, but soon discovered the campaign had reeled in $3,000 from him within 30 days, depleting and freezing his bank account.

When all was said and done, the Trump campaign refunded $122 million or 10 percent of what it raised online in 2020, and Goldmacher notes the number will likely still increase."

Most of these people admitted to attacking police and fighting their way in.

Watching as Democrats tussle with other Democrats is one of life’s special enjoyments. :grinning:

So here we witness no less a Democrat hero than AOC herself giving all manner of grief to her fellow Democrat House members.

Hee hee You cannot make this stuff up!!:

Vulnerable Dems fret after getting a shock: AOC’s campaign cash

Given all the crapola they’re pulling today, oh boy are the Democrats gonna be in well deserved trouble in next year’s election!

https://www.yahoo.com/news/trump-steered-supporters-unwitting-donations-142130038.html

"Stacy Blatt was in hospice care last September listening to Rush Limbaugh’s dire warnings about how badly Donald Trump’s campaign needed money when he went online and chipped in everything he could: $500.

It was a big sum for a 63-year-old battling cancer and living in Kansas City on less than $1,000 per month. But that single contribution — federal records show it was his first ever — quickly multiplied. Another $500 was withdrawn the next day, then $500 the next week and every week through mid-October, without his knowledge — until Blatt’s bank account had been depleted and frozen. When his utility and rent payments bounced, he called his brother, Russell Blatt, for help.

What the Blatts soon discovered was $3,000 in withdrawals by the Trump campaign in less than 30 days. They called their bank and said they thought they were victims of fraud.

"It felt,” Russell Blatt said, “like it was a scam.”

But what the Blatts believed was duplicity was actually an intentional scheme to boost revenues by the Trump campaign and the for-profit company that processed its online donations, WinRed. Facing a cash crunch and getting badly outspent by the Democrats, the campaign had begun last September to set up recurring donations by default for online donors for every week until the election."

Yes, that’s called a scam, Yahoo.news person.

"Donors reportedly had to manually uncheck a box to opt out, and the notice of recurring donations was allegedly included only in a fine-print statement, according to the Times.

The news outlet also found that as Election Day neared, the Trump campaign added a second prechecked box that doubled a person’s contribution, along with new lines of text in bold and capital letters that the paper said distracted from language informing donors on how to opt out of the automatic donation plan.

The Times noted that soon after the campaign implemented these practices, several Trump supporters, including retirees and military veterans, sent fraud complaints to banks and credit card companies after reporting unauthorized withdrawals from their accounts. "

Sure this can be an honest mistake.

I’ll have to admit that during the election I made some donations (not especially to Trump) & didn’t notice the checked box for monthly contributions. But I check my credit card often, & noticed the error immediately. The error was corrected as soon as I called.

Never made that mistake again.

But sure, it could be a scam. We must all be aware & take care of business.

Stahp. Pay attention. They already knew he was a grifter before the first election, throughout the first term, and when they donated. Therefore, it’s OK. They knew and accepted. You can’t bring it up now.

On the other hand, before the election we did NOT know Biden’s dog would have an accidental bowel movement on the white house porch or that Biden would pressure Hasbro into expanding their Mr. Potato Head brand into more Potato Head characters (which is somehow outrageous).

I guess we DID know all about Hunter, so any discussion of Hunter is now off limits indefinitely.

Don’t think so!
