We won’t have to litigate whether to charge her as an adult for murder anyway.

HOMICIDE, n. The slaying of one human being by another. There are four kinds of homicide: felonious, excusable, justifiable, and praiseworthy, but it makes no great difference to the person slain whether he fell by one kind or another – the classification is for advantage of the lawyers.
I’m gonna vote for the last one in this case.
(Un) amazingly, it continues even after being pointed out multiple times.
Murder for failed attempts to stab someone? What are you smoking? 4/20 was two days ago…
I didn’t say the officer was responsible for the tragedy. But there is one nonetheless.
No, murder if the cop wasn’t there to stop her.
Conjecture. She was incapable of stabbing someone on the ground. What makes you so sure she’d have been successful with someone still standing? Much less that she would have killed them. Stabs don’t always result in death. What actually occurred so far was aggravated assault.
None of that matters anyways, it’s still a tragedy, whether or not four gunshots in the torso were necessary…
Knifes don’t do well in gunfights. Since you’re the one making conjectures, what do you think would have happened if he shot once instead, either into the air or at an inanimate object? Or even just once at the teenager instead of four times.
If you say maybe he couldn’t aim well, so it took four shots just to make sure – that doesn’t really track because four poorly aimed shots would have a large probability of hitting the other girl or woman.
Bender, see how quickly the topic was deflected from Chauvin being a convicted murder and cops being trained to go kill people and then have some great post killing sex… deflection is what happens when they got nothin’.
I can’t hold back. Stupid, crazy remarks again. imo
From what planet do you reside?
Agreed. This thread from the start has been intended to provide an outlet for even the most outlandish posts, all welcome here. But that post by kamal is most unfortunate, ill advised, and possibly reflective of sickness.
As OP, I would ask other visitors here not to judge the rest of us by such as that. Please.
This one. The one with the police trainer on video training cops that killing people is fine and leads to great sex. The one I have to link to again to because it clearly wasnt seen.
The one where:
America’s #1 police trainer tells cops that sex after killing another human “is the best sex,” a “very intense sex,” and one of the “perks that come with the job.”
That one.
It’s also the planet where I take a screenshot of your post and the likes it got so everyone can see who was down with the cop trainer to the FBI training cops that killing is fine and leads to amazing sex.
"The Supreme Court “ruled in favor of scam artists and dishonest corporations, leaving average Americans to pay for illegal behavior,” acting FTC Chairwoman Rebecca Kelly Slaughter said. “With this ruling, the court has deprived the FTC of the strongest tool we had to help consumers when they need it most.”
The ruling was a victory for businessman and racecar driver Scott Tucker, who was convicted in 2017 on racketeering, wire fraud and money laundering charges. The business practices of Tucker and his company, AMG Capital Management, targeting low-income borrowers led to the largest court-ordered settlement in the FTC’s history, totaling $1.27 billion."
Screenshots without permission? Go ahead & spill out the law…
Since you missed the video of the trainer the first and second time. Here it is again.
‘Killing people is great, feel good about it. Plus, the sex you have after killing someone, amazing!’
/ Police training ya’ll. What the heck kind of psychopaths think like that?

You know what I’m seeing?
I’m seeing a lot of posts by Republicans say ‘how dare you post video of the police trainer saying that killing people is fine and the sex afterwards is amazing’…
but for some reason there are no posts by Republicans saying ‘how dare the police trainer say that killing people is fine and the sex afterwards is amazing’…
But he threw them paper towel rolls!
There is a word for loyalty that only goes in one direction: stupidity.
"It was exactly one year ago Friday when then-President Donald Trump delivered what may have been the wildest few moments in presidential history.
As the nation battled the coronavirus pandemic, Trump went on television and delivered what could only be described as medical improv. He said government scientists would be testing “very powerful light” inside the body to kill the virus, as well as disinfectant taken “by injection” which would be “almost a cleaning.”
"… he made the remarks during a nationally televised news conference in the middle of a pandemic. However, his comments were followed by a rise in accidental poisonings involving disinfectants such as bleach, something Dr. Anthony Fauci, who was not at the news conference, later admitted he was worried would happen.
“I just said, ‘Oh, my goodness gracious,’” Fauci said on CNN in January. “I could just see what’s going to happen: You’re going to have people who hear that from the president and they’re going to start doing dangerous and foolish things.”
Trump, however, denied any responsibility:"

I owe you an apology, and I apologize. I’m sorry.
I did not realize your objectionable statement was actually a quote from something said by another person, elsewhere.
This is a wide open thread. Certainly you were within our (albeit nearly non-existent ) limits here to post what you posted. In fact I’m glad you posted that. It is distressing to hear such talk coming from anywhere, but you were right in making everyone aware of such a disgusting statement, together with the actual source.
Please keep posting, kamal. Your point of view is welcome here. This is true even though I disagree with you pretty much across the board.
