The 2020 USA POTUS election politics, the civil war, and the world war (Part 1)

Trump continues to screw the US from exile.

Communists have never been known for a sense of humor. They tend to be authoritarian like the American right wing.

CA leading the way in given violent felons a second chance. Hopefully none of our CA residents will be victims of their early release.

California is giving 76,000 inmates, including violent and repeat felons, the opportunity to leave prison earlier as the state aims to further trim the population of what once was the nation’s largest state correctional system.

More than 63,000 inmates convicted of violent crimes will be eligible for good behavior credits that shorten their sentences by one-third instead of the one-fifth that had been in place since 2017. That includes nearly 20,000 inmates who are serving life sentences with the possibility of parole.

California is under court orders to reduce prison populations. The orders were approved by the Supreme Court.

Maybe some people deserve to be released. Trump gave a lot of pardons to people, even convicted people.

Inaccuracies in their rushed hit job on Rudy? I am shocked, shocked, to find lies and unsupported claims by the MSM political coverage of the right.

You’re complaining that they make corrections retractions when there are conflicting stories being provided, even though one of them is coming from a Russian operative, Giuliani, that has no credibility?
(They did NOT retract because the original was shown to be false. That’s yet to be determined).

NYT, WaPo, NBC, issued retractions.

Doesn’t logic indicate that if you have the most populous state in the nation, naturally you’d also have the largest correctional system? This paragraph makes it sound as if it were illogical.

The retraction was on Rudy receiving FBI briefs warning him that his foreign agents he was going to meet were foreign agents. Not on whatever else you’re referring to.

The retraction does not say that is false. But after Rudy said he didn’t receive such briefings, there is a conflict in information and reporters aren’t a court and do not arbitrate these conflicting claims, so they retracted reporting on the (real, as they received it) claim that he had received such briefings.

Occam’s razor would say the most likely scenario is he did receive such briefings, but maybe he was asleep or decided he didn’t believe them so it didn’t count

So you think Giuliani is a great, truthful guy? Nearly 100% of what he says has proven to be false. He hangs out with known criminals. What does that tell you?

Yes, new crowd under AG Merrick Garland, barges in quickly to assert itself. WRONG!

Good decision not to allow Garland to become a Supreme Court Justice. (what grounds @ 6am to enter)?

Giuliani was already under investigation for his foreign allegiances under the prior administration, despite Trump’s repeated illegal pressure campaigns through Barr to try to get the investigations dropped.

Cruz announces he will no longer take bribes from companies who don’t do what he wants:

"For example, Republicans will stop accepting donations in exchange for “looking the other way” when corporate bigwigs dodge taxes, Cruz wrote in a stunningly honest admission of his party’s current modus operandi.

“This time,” he wrote, “we won’t look the other way on Coca-Cola’s $12 billion in back taxes owed. This time, when Major League Baseball lobbies to preserve its multibillion-dollar antitrust exception, we’ll say no thank you. This time, when Boeing asks for billions in corporate welfare, we’ll simply let the Export-Import Bank expire.”

Shaub, who served under both Barack Obama and Donald Trump, called Cruz’s threat a blatant admission that Republicans are selling corporate donors “access to the government.” In a clear swipe at Cruz’s clueless self-exposure, Shaub noted that most lawmakers have too much “sense” to say it quite so brazenly."

They used to not say this out loud. Cruz is saying the GOP takes corporate donations to do these things and the corporate donations are the only reason they do these things, but if you don’t adhere 100% to the Stalinist Party line as well, they won’t do these things.

Although, I suspect if they give him enough money he’ll do anything no matter what the corporations might do. He certainly seems like the type of guy who would do anything for money and power.

Trump up to his usual cheating tricks. He’s never learned how to be an honest businessman.

Donald Trump’s two Scottish golf resorts collected up to $800,000 in subsidies from the British government to protect jobs during COVID-19 but fired “scores” of workers, a top union complained Sunday.

"The union said some 66 workers were let go at Turnberry in Ayrshire since last spring. Some have been hired back but at reduced pay, according to the union.

“It is clear to us that at the very least the principles of the job retention scheme appear to have been breached by the Trump Organization, and that should now be subjected to a detailed and forensic investigation” by Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs department, said the RMT’s General Secretary Mick Cash. “It’s a scandal.”

When Trump wooed both Ireland and Scotland to allow him to develop golf resorts in both countries, he promised the operations would deliver major tax revenue. In fact, it appears the Trump Organization hasn’t paid a penny in taxes at any of the resorts because of constantly reported losses.

“It’s bad enough that he has a business presence in Scotland,” Patrick Harvie, a member of the Scottish Parliament from the Green Party, told the newspaper after the decision was made . “It’s galling to learn that the public purse is giving him a helping hand.”"

Greenwald follows up on all the MSM retractions about the fake news Rudy story -

On Thursday night, The Washington Post, citing anonymous sources (of course), claimedthat the FBI gave a "defensive briefing” to Rudy Giuliani in 2019, before he traveled to Ukraine, that he was being targeted by a Russian disinformation campaign to hurt Joe Biden’s candidacy, yet he ignored the FBI’s warnings and went anyway. The Post also claimed that the right-wing news outlet OANN was similarly briefed. The claim about Giuliani not only predictably ricocheted all over social media and cable news — where, as usual, it was uncritically treated as Truth — but it was shortly thereafter “independently confirmed” by both NBC Newsde facto CIA spokesman Ken Dilanian along with The New York Times .

What was the problem with this story? It was totally false. The FBI never briefed Giuliani on any such thing. As a result, The Washington Post had to append this "correction” — meaning a retraction — to the top of its viral story…

in this case, dozens of journalists for NBC News , MSNBC , CNN and The Washington Post — the very outlets that purported to "confirm” the false story — as well as activists and scholars who purport to combat "disinformation,” spread it all over Twitter and, days later, have left it up, even knowing the story is false, while not even telling their followers that the story was false and has been retracted.

In preparation for writing this article, I spent the day notifying close to a dozen of these media luminaries that their false tweet remained up and asked whether they intend to take it down and/or correct the false tweet. Only one — NBC White House Correspondent Geoff Bennett — responded. He did so by blocking me on Twitter, while leaving the false tweet up, uncorrected .

If you’re saying the American mainstream media has a woeful integrity deficiency, I agree. But this is 2021. Their role today is dissemination of left wing propaganda, not reporting of news. And they are very good at what they do.

Trump is a private citizen. He has no political power now, or in the foreseeable future. He is old. By January of 2025 he easily could be dead.

Why then does the left, the worldwide globalist/communist movement, remain so afraid of him?

Biden end of January/early February of 2020:

“This is no time for Donald Trump’s record of hysteria and xenophobia,” Mr. Biden told a campaign audience on Jan. 31, 2020, the day Mr. Trump announced his travel ban.

Biden Tuesday, May 4, 2021:

President Biden has restricted travel from India due to “extraordinarily high COVID-19 caseloads,” the ban going into effect on Tuesday.

“The travel ban comes a year after Biden vilified such restrictions as xenophobic when pursued by then-President Donald Trump while the Wuhan virus began to mutate into a global pandemic from China,” writes Tristan Justice , an analyst for The Federalist.

Biden knows his servile American mainstream media will not be reminding Americans of his inconsistencies, double standards, and empty, phony rhetoric.

No that statement did not have to do with the partial and ineffective travel restrictions.
