I didn’t read the article. I had Chicago in mind when I wrote that. Am pretty certain most of the Americans dying there are black. They deserve better, but they keep right on electing Democrats so what can you do.

I dunno whether or not wind turbines cause cancer. But for anyone who ever contemplates purchase of land:
Be careful to stay at least five miles away from wind turbines. They produce subsonic emissions which can most assuredly be injurious to human health.
The five miles is a rule of thumb. Actual distance depends on the geology of your location. Some soils transmit the low frequency vibrations well, others poorly. You must know what you are doing. Hire a geologist if necessary or study, study, study the location where you are looking to buy. The personal impact of subsonic “noise” varies. Worst case it sort of “gets into your head” and messes you up seriously. It can affect some persons and not others. I dunno what factors contribute to susceptibility, and I hope I never find out.
Because my land is high up and windy I had an offer some years back from the turbine people. I ran like hell, not wanting to screw myself or other people. A turbine comes in, you can figure your house and land value just took a massive haircut. Those things can be four hundred feet high, they are butt ugly, and they destroy birds large and small, especially raptors which are among my favorites and smaller songbirds as well.
So again, I dunno about cancer. But wind turbines, a pox on the land, should never have to co-exist with either human or avian habitation.
Learned over the weekend that the statue of Abe Lincoln the anarchists/protesters/whatever wanted to destroy was originally paid for and erected by freed slaves about twenty years after the Civil War.
The former slaves were grateful to President Lincoln for his decisions and actions, as President, on their behalf. The statue was their way of saying “thanks” and showing respect. Pretty nice.
And I’m betting all those freed slaves who chipped in for the statue were black. 
VP Pence taking heat this morning from the mainstream media propaganda arm of the DNC. Pence’s sin: he refused to say “black lives matter” during an interview.
But I’m not here to praise Pence, who could have handled the situation far better. He insisted that “all lives matter” which, while true, provides an opening for the leftists.
Pence failed to employ two far better comebacks:
He could have said “all black lives matter”, using that truth to point out the obvious failing of BLM to care when blacks harm other blacks.
Or, even better, Pence could have pointed to the fact that all three of the BLM founders are self-admitted Marxists, and darn proud of it!! Proof?
Yes, there is proof. One of the three women was actually heard on a podcast openly admitting the real goal of the organization was conversion of the USA to Marxism. I have heard the clip.
But the real question here is why I, a nobody, know this stuff and Pence apparently does not. And I’ll bet the typical Republican leader out there knows even less than Pence. They just cower in the corners and hope it all goes away.
BLM is so strong around the country. Here is a story,
I have been a long time lover of NBA basketball. Over 20 years a season ticket holder of Sacramento Kings. But they had a team TV commentator for 20+ yrs. One afternoon while he was talking to a former player. Cousins played for the Kings 6-7 years ago & while talking to our friend he mentioned BLM. Our friend said, “no, all lives matter”. When that statement hit the air waves, our old friend was fired on the spot. He had actually planned to apologize on the station the next day, but never got a chance.
So the moral of the story, BLM is so strong, can they ever get eliminated? I don’t think so!
Now folks, no comment on how well my team plays. We finally dropped our season tickets last year.

There are two issues at play.
The first issue is that people who say “all lives matter” fall into two groups. The first group are people who are aware of the meaning behind the BLM phrase and movement, but either do not wish to acknowledge it or are plain old racists. The second group are simply ignorant people who are unaware of the meaning behind BLM and parrot the first group out of sheer ignorance.
The second issue is that the reaction to the “all lives matter” statement is to assume that everyone who utters it belongs to the first group, i.e. they’re racists and not simpleton ignoramuses. So they lose their jobs. On the one hand, it’s an overreaction. On the other, it’s difficult to properly separate racists from ignoramuses. It’s unfortunate that the ignorant get caught up in this overreaction, but it’s partly their own fault.
