Every one of those individuals is self-evidently a Trump backer and solid MAGA fanboy. Doubt me?

Just ask anyone on the left.

Get 'em while they’re young!

Since the time of the Hitler youth, the Little Octobrists, the Young Pioneers, the Komsomol, and other such organizations, those spreading societal cancers have recognized the importance of indoctrinating our children. Sadly, very regrettably, well meaning parents have not always paid attention to what was happening to their own kids. But rest assured those seeking to tear down existing norms were paying rapt attention and well understood the importance of their despicable efforts.

Once enough parents belatedly awaken to reality there is understandably backlash. You saw evidence of this in Virginia. But these efforts to influence our kids’ minds are often subtle, intentionally partially concealed, and too often written off by busy parents as ridiculous, impossible, or unserious. Such was the case in, of all places, Wyoming!:

So you thought it could not happen in Wyoming?

Parents there thought their kids were safe simply on account of being in Wyoming. Those parents could not have been more in error. The left is operating and spreading its cancerous filth to children throughout the USA. The only question remaining is whether or not parents will wake up in time to put a stop to this onslaught.

The Worm has Turned - - - Sharply!

No more softball from the left. It’s over. They are in process of reverting to type.

This is copied and pasted from today’s WaPo:

Senate Majority Leader Charles E. Schumer (D-N.Y.) vowed Monday to hold a vote early next year on a roughly $2 trillion bill to overhaul the country’s health-care, education, climate, immigration and tax laws, despite Sunday’s announcement by Sen. Joe Manchin III (D-W.Va.) that he could not support President Biden’s signature legislation.

“Senators should be aware that the Senate will, in fact, consider the Build Back Better Act, very early in the new year so that every Member of this body has the opportunity to make their position known on the Senate floor, not just on television,” Schumer said. “We are going to vote on a revised version of the House-passed Build Back Better Act — and we will keep voting on it until we get something done.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki unleashed a blistering 712-word written statement accusing Manchin of making a “sudden and inexplicable reversal in his position” and calling his comments a “breach of his commitments” to Biden and Democratic lawmakers, if he has decided to end negotiations.

Schumer’s vow to hold a vote on the bill echoed that of Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), chairman of the Senate Budget Committee, who said Sunday that Manchin would “have a lot of explaining to do to the people of West Virginia” about his opposition to the bill.

In his letter Monday, Schumer noted that the negotiations have already delayed an anticipated vote on the bill by the end of the year.

“Neither that delay, nor other recent pronouncements, will deter us from continuing to try to find a way forward,” Schumer wrote. “We simply cannot give up. We must and we will keep fighting to deliver for working families.”

During a morning television appearance, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) accused Manchin of a “betrayal of working families across the country” and said his announcement was “an egregious breach of the trust of the president.”

She was referring to a claim by the White House that Manchin, just days earlier, had promised to continue negotiations with Biden after submitting a written framework of a version of the bill he could back.

“No one can really be promised a Manchin vote,” Ocasio-Cortez said on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” adding that fellow Democrats had been “strung along” by the senator.

In his letter, Schumer said senators would also consider voting rights legislation as early as the first week after they return to Washington in January.

Schumer said that if Republicans continue to block such legislation, the chamber will consider a change in rules.

“If Senate Republicans continue to abuse the filibuster and prevent the body from considering this bill, the Senate will then consider changes to any rules which prevent us from debating and reaching final conclusion on important legislation,” he wrote.

Their disguise is now off. It has become clear to all that America is dealing with a hard left, Marxist, party masquerading as the traditional Democrat party. That party is long gone. When these leftists do not get their way they become apoplectic. They are extremely dangerous.

Sounds like the Biden handlers had delusions of self-importance that were not as widely shared as they imagined.

The only way to put a stop to this is through school vouchers or other ways to allow parents to send their children to a school of their choice. Here in California there are two petitions circulating to put choice/voucher initiatives on the ballot. Consider donating to them even if you don’t live in California since if either of them passes it will have nationwide implications.

I’m not sure why they think it’s ok to promise a future vote. If the bill is ‘ready’, shouldnt they vote now? It’s pretty blatant that they arent because they know it wont pass. I know it’s been happening over a longer time than just the past year, but I really hate how, more and more, they only bring things to a vote when the result is already predetermined.

And it’s really funny that they think throwing a temper tantrum (sorry, I mean “promising a vote will happen”) is some sort of a threat or ultimatum, when I’m pretty certain that a majority of the Senate, Republicans, and the American people at large want a vote to happen now, so that it can be defeated and everyone can move on to more important things. The desperation is really starting to bleed through their facade. Promising a future vote is just saying “we’re just going to keep prolonging this indefinitely, until we finally get our own way!”

The radical nature of the Democrats has been clear for a long time to anyone who is paying attention. The Democrats are desperate now because they know that they will lose their razor thin majorities next year. I would not put anything past them.

That being said, it will be interesting in a terrifying way to see how other Democrats in republican states vote in the coming year. How will Sinema and Tester vote?

The Democrats have done a lot of damage this year but I guess we can always say it could be worse. The filibuster is still in place and the Supreme Court still has nine members. Washington DC and Puerto Rico have not been admitted as states.

The left in our country, as fronted jointly by the Democrat party and the American mainstream media, wants a FAR different future for us all than that desired by most Americans. Unfortunately:

The left is HIGHLY motivated, never backs down, never takes “no” for an answer, and failing one way will try another and then another until their goals are realized.

Meanwhile their opponents shy away from controversy and strong descriptive language, even when it is 100% correct and spot on. They are confrontation averse and too often unwilling to fight with the ferocity required to repel the left. These people are called “Republicans”.

As a Conservative, and a Republican no longer, I can spot those scaredy cats every single time. Their kind has no chance of ever beating back the left. But Republicans do not care. For each of them it’s après moi, le déluge. They are useless excess baggage in the fight.

As Donald Rumsfeld said, you go to war with the army you have not the army you wish you had. Who else are you going to vote for?

No worries, mate.

Of course I always vote for the Republican as the lesser of two poor alternatives. There is no nationwide Conservative party in America. Pity.

But as a Conservative I can no longer stomach wishy washy Republicans who refuse to stand up to, do not even acknowledge, and turn away from the threat from the left. They oftentimes make me sick.

Cases in point: The late John McCain, Mitt Romney, the Bushes, and too many others to mention. The left licks its chops, welcomes with open arms, and then eats such people as that up.

The former president’s anger largely mirrors the kind of expletives he once directed at the Russia inquiry and the special counsel investigation when he occupied the White House. But the rapidly accelerating investigation into whether Trump and top aides unlawfully conspired to stop the certification of Joe Biden’s victory at the 6 January joint session appears to be unnerving him deeply.

It appears that the good folks at the Guardian are the ones becoming deeply unnerved.

In the Monday radio interview, Manchin said that ultimately the intense pressure on him from other Democrats and activists to get in line and support the spending bill only backfired

This sounds more like an attempt to subvert democracy than anything the Democrats cry about…

Newsom to Jesus Christ: Go away. Please just go away!

This is just so typical coastal California thinking. And let’s face fact: eastern Californians are wonderful people . . . just sadly not very numerous but happily not generally Newsom supporters, either. Anyway:

Newsom and JC are like oil and water, proof of which recently was reasserted. This is from the OC Register:

Why won’t Gavin Newsom just say ‘Jesus’?

Merry Christmas!

Even to Gov. Gavin Newsom.

Earlier this month, Newsom hosted the ceremonial lighting of the Capitol Holiday Tree and expertly avoided any mention of Christianity — a stunning feat considering he was overseeing the lighting of a giant evergreen tree in December (talk about cultural appropriation!).

Who knows why he so willingly joined the league of haters. I asked his office and they gave me a non-answer answer.

It is so telling that Californians do not even have a Christmas tree! It is simply NOT ALLOWED!! Now back to the OC register:

But I mean it: Merry Christmas.

By haters, I don’t mean people of other faiths, or those who love the spirit of the season but don’t have much of a belief in God. Believe what works for you.

I mean the people, like Newsom, who apparently think a mere mention of the name Jesus Christ will cause them to burst into flames or that the phrase “merry Christmas” is an attack on them.

It’s a beautiful seasonal greeting. In the spirit of Christmas I hope everyone finds some peace and happiness over the next few weeks, spends time with loved ones and gets some well-deserved rest and relaxation.

Newsom’s office told me that the ceremony was meant to be inclusive. There was a rabbi explaining the lighting of a Hanukkah menorah, an interfaith choir, the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus, a young student with developmental disabilities, Native Americans who offered prayer, a mariachi singer who worked in “Navidad,” a poet who spoke of unity and the announcers for the Giants and Dodgers.

It was an inclusive affair and everyone was invited — everyone except Jesus.

Fans of the NFL’s Buffalo Bills have raised over $65,000 (mostly in $17 incriments) for a local foundation helping the visually impaired, in reaction to the apparent blindness of the referees in their game against the Buccaneers a week ago.

The world would be a much better place if everyone reacted in this manner, to the things that offend them.

The pressure on Manchin is going to be intense. Where is Sinema?

This session has… led to moments of deep discontent and frustration. That frustration was evident in the past week as nearly all of us were disappointed by the decision to delay floor consideration of the Build Back Better Act because Senator Manchin could not come to an agreement with the president," Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., wrote to Senate Democrats Monday.

Schumer said in the sharp letter that the Senate will vote on the reconciliation bill nevertheless, and “will keep voting on it until we get something done.” The majority leader also said the Senate will vote on changing the legislative filibuster, which Manchin also opposes.

They should have mentioned chaos at The border, inflation, crime overrunning the cities …,

A new survey from NPR, PBS NewsHour and Marist College found that Biden’s approval rating sank to 41 percent, a new low for him in the poll. Fifty-five percent of adults in the U.S. disapprove of the job Biden is doing as president.

“Time can change things. We may just sort of step back and say, ‘What happened this first year?’” Maslin continued. “[Biden] said, essentially, I know what I’m doing, I’ll calm the country down, I’ll beat this pandemic, I’ll restore the economy. And here we are, after a messy withdrawal from Afghanistan, can’t get his major legislation through his own party, pandemic raging again, inflation spiking.… So of course he’s gonna suffer from all that.”

Am I the only one who thinks such comments run contrary to a democratic process? “We couldn’t buy his vote, so we delayed the vote in the hopes of completing the vote purchase after Christmas.”

If bet anything that this does violate anti-corruption laws, even if such violations are impossible to prove - unless one of the co-conspirators spells it out like this…

Bloomberg is supposed to be business news, but they’re overrun by the far left editors when it comes to political issues. Look how they describe Biden’s recent BBB failure.

While Republicans in the U.S. Senate—with the help of coal-state Democrat Joe Manchin—block Biden’s proposals to slow global warming, four American cities are scrambling to survive future drought. From expanding reservoirs and tapping neighboring watersheds to pushing conservation, these are the cities on the front lines of climate disaster.

This is part of a coordinated effort by the left-wing media to put pressure on Joe Manchin. It’s kind of weak though. Haven’t they heard of the drought during the dust bowl years of the 1930s
