People should be forewarned that there is a greater than zero chance that by “statement cycle” they are referring to the statement closing date following Nov 1 not the next statement cycle that starts in November. Meaning there is a possibility that any charges on the statement that begins in Oct and closes in Nov could get the new reward rate.
Just based on past experiences with Alliant. That interpretation would be right up their alley. There’s no way to really know for sure until we see what actually happens.
Could someone tell me the subject line of the email please? I saw an email from Alliant, but I thought it was a “statement ready” notification and I deleted it .
I didn’t receive that. But I got 14 cents of interest last month, so not like I do much with them. American Airlines Credit Union pays a bonus dividend every year, but you can get better interest rates elsewhere. is till have a 2.25% car loan from 2022 with them though.
I goofed. I had more funds there for a bit and the regular interest was higher than normal. The wording made me think it was something else. Thanks gang!
