Democrat Judge Orders Church to Pay $1.2 Million Fine For Violating COVID Mask Rules
The ruling was handed down by Superior Court Judge Evette Pennypacker, whose name is reminiscent of a Dickens or “Seinfeld” character, a registered Democrat appointed by former Governor Jerry Brown in 2018.
Pennypacker opined that the church should pay fines for violating Santa Clara County’s mask mandate during the peak of the pandemic.
“It should appear clear to all – regardless of religious affiliation – that wearing a mask while worshiping one’s god and communing with other congregants is a simple, unobtrusive, giving way to protect others while still exercising your right to religious freedom,” the judge wrote.

The article says “plausible”. That’s not a conclusion. It doesn’t even say “likely”.
I’m leaning towards “likely” too, but I think it’s unlikely that we will ever see definitive proof. Because if it ever existed, it had been scrubbed really well. This will live on as a conspiracy on the same shelf as UFOs.

The “Scrubbing” was not done by a UFO, but very actively by higher-ups at the NIH, particularly Fauci and Collins. People do not act without a reason, and the reason is that the NIH funded the gain of function research at the Wuhan laboratory.

Although Hayek was incredibly resourceful and insightful, it is the second paragraph that I truly love/hate - not just because it is true, but because everyone under the sun does not yet know it … despite repeated examples.
Sadly, most countries instead adopted highly-coercive measures, even tyrannical ones, believing they had the knowledge to plan society. In doing so, they ignored the warning of Nobel Prize-winning economist F.A. Hayek, who cautioned that “if man is not to do more harm than good in his efforts to improve the social order, he will have to learn that in this, as in all other fields where essential complexity of an organized kind prevails, he cannot acquire the full knowledge which would make mastery of events possible.”
This is the biggest lesson of the pandemic: Central planners do not possess the knowledge to effectively organize society, but they do possess the power to wreck the social order—quickly. This is precisely why Hayek said it was imperative that those with power approach society with humility.
It’s pretty amazing that the old grey mare would even come close to admitting that Sweden survived the Fauci-Wuhan pandemic.

A need exists to reconsider mask mandates.

Pity retired Dr Fauci and his long Covid induced brain fog. He can’t remember almost anything he did that might look bad in retrospect.
During his deposition in November, Fauci appeared to be suffering from a novel syndrome—perhaps a form of long Covid or a side-effect of multiple boosters—characterized by sudden-onset amnesia about much of what he had done during the pandemic. For example, he couldn’t cite a single study that influenced him changing his mind about masking. He was sure that there were many such studies, naturally, but the specifics were lost in the fog.
Recall that early in the pandemic, Fauci had repeatedly told the public not to wear masks. For example, he wrote in a Feb. 5, 2020, email that “the typical mask you buy in the drug store is not really effective in keeping out virus, which is small enough to pass through the material.”… During the deposition, he demonstrated how thoroughly the mystery studies—none of which he could remember—had convinced him in favor of masks. According to the report of Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, when the court reporter sneezed, Fauci nearly jumped out of his seat. Nobody in the room was masked, including Fauci. The court reporter explained it was merely her allergies, but Fauci would have none of it. As another person who was in the room reported, Fauci “asked her to put on a mask and said that he was uncomfortable, ‘and the last thing in the world I want right now is to get Covid.’
Also during the deposition, Fauci showed foggy recall on his role in our case’s central allegation: He claimed he couldn’t remember many details about his involvement in the government’s social-media censorship campaigns, which have been described in detail in our legal filings and other recent investigative reports. By his own description, Fauci was too busy developing a vaccine that saved millions of lives to care about petty matters like what happens on Twitter, Facebook, or YouTube. The amnestic tedium continued for seven hours. Fauci repeated the phrase “I don’t recall” 178 times during the deposition.

You knew it, but it took 3 years to come out - patient zero for Covid was a gain of function viral researcher at the Wuhan lab, working on coronaviruses.
According to multiple U.S. government officials interviewed as part of a lengthy investigation by Public and Racket, the first people infected by the virus, “patients zero,” included Ben Hu, a researcher who led the WIV’s “gain-of-function” research on SARS-like coronaviruses, which increases the infectiousness of viruses.
As such, not only do we know there were WIV scientists who had developed COVID-19-like illnesses in November 2019, but also that they were working with the closest relatives of SARS-CoV-2, and inserting gain-of-function features unique to it.
When a source was asked how certain they were that these were the identities of the three WIV scientists who developed symptoms consistent with COVID-19 in the fall of 2019, we were told, “100%”
The Times of London quoted an anonymous U.S. State Department investigator saying, “It has become increasingly clear that the Wuhan Institute of Virology was involved in the creation, promulgation, and cover-up of the Covid-19 pandemic.”
“Ever since I put out my [May 2020] preprint [research paper] saying that an accidental lab origin was possible, I was criticized as a conspiracy theorist,” said Chan. “If this info had been made public in May of 2020, I doubt that many in the scientific community and the media would have spent the last three years raving about a raccoon dog or pangolin in a wet market.”
