Treasury Bill rates T-bill rates are hard to beat for terms up to about 2 years,
As I entered in the Wiki, for terms up to about 2 years, T-bill rates are as good as top CD rates. And if you live in a high tax state like my Taxifornia, you cannot touch their after tax rate in a taxable account with a CD.
