Russian military aggression is on the rise against the U.S. — but President Trump has seemingly not responded to it.
Biden brought up the ramming incident in a Monday speech, asking “Did you hear the president say a single word? Did he lift one finger?” “Never before has an American president played such a subservient role to a Russian leader,” Biden continued, calling Trump’s lack of action “not only dangerous,” but “humiliating and embarrassing.”
Brett McGurk, a former national security official who served under both former President Barack Obama and Trump, meanwhile tweeted some harsh criticism of his own.
“… as RNC2020 speakers claim we’re so respected under Trump’s leadership: Russian military forces are ramming and injuring US troops in Syria. No competent C-in-C would leave our troops in this position.”
“Reminder: these incidents have been ongoing for months. Trump has apparently never raised the issue in multiple calls with Putin. He leaves our troops to fend for themselves.”
“Trump plays golf as US forces in Syria now on a daily basis confront Russians thanks to his impetuous decision to abandon 2/3 of once-stable ground to Putin and Erdogan. Mr. President: Pick up the phone and tell Putin to stop harassing our troops.”
Trump Stopped Going to Dover AFB To Receive Bodies After Getting Berated On First Visit
In the world of President Donald Trump, he has paid his respects to “many, many” returning soldiers killed in the line of duty, with daughter and top presidential Ivanka Trump adding that “each time” she has stood by his side at one of these ceremonies, it has hardened his resolve to bring troops home.
In the real world, Trump has traveled to Dover Air Force Base in Delaware exactly four times ― fewer than half as many times as his vice president ― and avoided going at all for nearly two years after getting berated for his incompetence by the father of a slain Navy SEAL, according to a former White House aide who spoke on condition of anonymity.
Trump has been to Dover for four out of 96 transfers. On one visit he took actor Jon Voight but never explained why he was there.
““It’s one thing to not go. It’s another thing to lie about it,” added Fred Wellman, a retired 22-year Army officer and helicopter pilot who served in Desert Storm.”
Both Trump and Ivanka lie about it and claim they were there “many times.” Ivanka was there twice.
That is good news. At this point, though, I believe most thoughtful people realize Trump is in control and that polls to the contrary are phony, as they were back in 2016 when a woebegone Hillary believed them. However:
It’s not 2016, Democrats are smart and not stupid, it remains very early, and Biden is NOT HIllary. I have much more respect for Biden’s political acumen than I ever had for Hillary’s.
This election is Trump’s to lose, and he certainly could lose if he messes up. As of today, though, Trump is a shoo-in, with more and more people every day realizing that fact.
The leftist rioters have forced the Mayor of Portland, Oregon, to move out of his home. This sort of thing is fueling a wild swing to Trump. Americans want law and order. And that includes even those Americans living in Oregon.
My parents lived & died in Medford OR. (actually Jacksonville, OR) A beautiful small town in Southern OR filled with fun loving Americans. I used to drive up to visit at least once a month.
My parents would turn over in their graves to hear about the turbulence going on in their state. I would almost be afraid to visit now days. What a terrible situation going on in Portland.
Story seems to be independent operator (separate businesses, lots of barbers and hair stylists work this way, they lease the space for their individual chair/workspace), told her to come in. The “owner” with the security cam probably only owns the property and leases to the other businesses.
Whether not immediately putting the mask back on was conscious or an accident is separate from the business violating the local rules for no indoor hair and illegally operating. Definitely looks like bad PR for Pelosi, though.
Unless the old lady forced herself through a locked doorway, seems likely the owner of the business (not the owner of the property) is the one with personal responsibility for operating legally and being aware of local laws for operating their business, and the explanation from the Speaker’s office is actually plausible.

Anyway, Trump starting to do to poor Biden what he did to Hillary. Trump has the capacity simply to run an opponent ragged. And this time he has Air Force One at his disposal!
NC is a swing state. Trump is there. Biden going into Kenosha tomorrow after saying it was wrong thing to do; too little too late, day late and a dollar short. Biden will not be able to outwork or out campaign Trump. The President is in his element; guy is an unstoppable tour de force.

You have to distinguish between Fox News and their evening lineup, all Conservatives. But Fox News itself is much closer to being down the middle. Chris Wallace is a solid Democrat, for example.
Fox, on the news side, surely appears conservative by comparison with the American mainstream media propaganda arm of the DNC, all those outlets being wildly leftist and anti-Trump. On Fox News you will detect bias on both sides.
A nasty happening today for Vice President Biden, darn near unfair in my view. I’m confident against his desires and those of his campaign, both Bill and especially Hillary Clinton spoke out loudly voicing their opinions and drawing attention to themselves. Biden does not need this any more than Trump would benefit were W to begin squawking. Biden needs the spotlight on him now, and not on the Clintons. I’m sure he wishes they both would close their yaps and simply go away. They are doing Biden no good whatsoever.
We didn’t need Moscow to tell us about Biden’s mental abilities dropping. It’s right out there in plain sight. We see it every time he is talking without his teleprompter.
