My view is that people telling the truth that have facts on their side rarely need to leverage and spread conspiracy theories rather than simply presenting actual facts.
If it’s anything close to what he’s implying, we would hear about it being presented in court today, not have it presented directly to us via the media.
This tactic is used to try to create a swell of public pressure that turns a molehill of potential evidence into a mountain of speculation.

It’s already been a matter for the court, numerous times. And it’s been tossed.
As I said after election day, if there was fraud, it’s the kind that there will never be any evidence of. Even if the perpetrators confess to exactly what they did, it would still likely be dismissed as unsubstantiated heresay.
The real fraud is in how they intentionally allowed the speculation to build over the summer and fall, by curtly dismissing any claims about the potential for fraud. Refusing to even acknowledge concerns in advance of election day only ensured there would be vigerous objections after election day. The goal wasnt unity, unity would mean compromising. The goal was to force all their opposition to the fringe so it could simply be ignored.
This is one thing that bothers me the deepest about Trump supporters: not a shred of compassion or concern for suffering people, all those sick from the coronavirus, 250,000 dead, no concern for protecting fellow Americans and only on the attack, threatening to kill people who do their job properly, including election officials, other officials, even doctors and health care providers. I have yet to hear a shred of concern for the numerous threats and attacks on elected and un-elected officials. Trump supporters are Americans, but they behave like they hate most Americans and hate America and what it stands for. It’s clear domestic terrorism.
Heck, when there’s a clear assassination conspiracy against an elected official like the Governor of Michigan, they either applaud it, chant “Lock her up”, or say nothing supportive and only critical. Yes, this is like what that German fascist party did, and I know because it’s well detailed in history and accounts which I have read, and I had family and friends who went through it.
Defending Trump’s former CEO of his campaign and Chief strategist and Senior Counselor to the President when he calls for death to public health officials and the head of the FBI? There is no excuse for this and for those who support him. None.

You know what’s even more likely that Democrat-led election tampering? Republican-led election tampering – rigged the votes to gain seats in the house, governorships, and retain control of the senate while getting rid of the embarassment-in-chief.

There were cases thrown out, just as you assert, and those court actions were widely ballyhooed by the mainstream media as you would anticipate. But those cases are 100% unrelated to the Trump legal team which has been doing mostly research since the election.
They have filed so far only three lawsuits, all still active. There was one additional legal action which became moot and was withdrawn because they won their point without need for a court ruling. Naturally this was reported nowhere.
Please remember back to the mainstream media’s reporting on the blue dress. I hope you recall that. It was not so long ago. Even younger participants here might remember.
The mainstream media totally spiked that blue dress story. They had it and refused to report it because it impugned their champion. The only way that story came to light is because Drudge brought it to light.
A similar thing is happening now, which should shock nobody except possibly the young or those with very short memories. I understand sheer hatred for Trump overcomes all else. Nothing whatsoever can withstand that wall of hate. The threats, the doxxing, the intimidation of would-be witnesses and of the Trump legal team itself are all justified to those who harbor that level of hate. Quite literally for such people, anything goes if it contributes to Trump’s political demise.
