I take it that you would not bet not only your last dollar, but any money on this? And if that’s the case, what was the point of writing that you’d bet your last dollar on that lawyer winning his case?

DiGenova is committing a crime and should be arrested. I haven’t heard any Trump supporters decry the numerous calls for violence and actual violence by Trump supporters. They are the pro-crime, anti-American, anti-freedom people trying to destroy America. They are working for Russia and America’s enemies, who support them.

Everyone condemned looting, including Democrats. Biden condemned looting and violence. Trump does not condemn violence by his supporters or calls for murder. That is the duty of the President.
Trump supporters have not condemned a single call for murder by other Trump supporters. This includes DiGenova, Bannon, and the militias who say they are planning violent revolts.
You are searching for an analogy but there isn’t one. There is no comparison, you are apparently excusing murder of public officials by pretending some people support looting.
Please, no more childish responses that somebody else did something so calls for murder and violence are okay by you. Those are not intelligent or valid responses.

Are you also against tearing down, or outright removal, of statues of George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, and Christopher Columbus?
There are people remaining in America who continue to respect our history, ALL of it, our traditions, and our national heroes. We love our country AS IS, we see no need for the sorts of changes currently being demanded by many Democrats, and we will fight such efforts tooth and nail.
Finally, since we’re now in December, let me say Merry CHRISTmas.

Only one side is ok with prioritizing a unilateral order over enacted law. That’s the pro-crime, anti-American, and anti-freedom self-righteous crap that is destroying America.
The stuff you rabble over is mostly just a disagreement about what’s best. You also keep labeling and denouncing stuff as being fascist and Nazi and whatever other evil buzz-terms, when you’re the only one following that playbook. But you believe you are right, therefore you are right and those that disagree are wrong - and that attitude is the problem, that’s exactly how and why the Nazi’s rose to power.

Today AG Barr announced he had appointed Durham himself to the position of special counsel. This appointment will survive the Trump presidency and Durham’s investigation will continue even if Trump is forced from office on January twentieth.
I no longer am thinking Barr and Durham succumbed to the deep state. It now appears, instead, that the wrongdoing by Obama/Biden and their minions was so overwhelming as to necessitate vastly extended investigation.
Durham will now become for Biden what Mueller was for Trump. Except in the case of Obama/Biden there actually was malfeasance.

As you would anticipate, I am finding so far no mention of this appointment by the American mainstream media propaganda arm of the DNC. It’s another “blue dress” to all of them. I’m confident if they report the story at all it will either be reported in abbreviated form, or derisively, or both . . . . and then dropped like the hot potato it is for their side.

AP headline - “Barr says no widespread election fraud”
Barr actually said “To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome”. And also the DOJ “has not uncovered evidence of widespread voter fraud”
The finer point of “no evidence yet” and “enough to change the election” sure leaves a lot of room for both fraud and widespread fraud, but the AP doesn’t want you to think about that.
