I would expect you least of all to have a high opinion of Kristi Noem.
She is a genuine Conservative. That is not your cup of tea.
But she is a very wise woman who understands freedom and liberty. And in 2024 she will be exactly the right age (early fifties) to become POTUS.

Well yes, I am known to like competent leaders of states that believe in science, so yeah it’s pretty clear why I dont like Noem.
Nope, a conservative does things that are shown to work. For example Republican led Utah put a large dent in their homeless problem and saved money at the same time, by simply building housing for homeless and effectively giving it to them without any conditions. That’s conservative. It was shown to work, so they did it even though they were skeptical of the idea of just giving homeless people housing (because Republican), and it worked.
Masks work.
Noem’s not a conservative, she’s a Republican.

The situation with Andrew Cuomo is valuable in that it offers Americans a clear view into Democrat priorities and insanity:
A third woman has now come forward to charge Cuomo with sexual harassment. A serious matter? Yes, of course these sorts of “me too” charges are quite serious. And Cuomo’s request of a female reporter to eat a sausage for his amusement merely adds to the depravity. However, importantly:
Cuomo is no Bill Clinton. He almost certainly did not rape anyone. At least there are currently no such charges. And separately, he surely did not kill a single woman. Yet it has taken Cuomo’s “me too” infractions finally to motivate New York Democrats, in significant and increasing numbers, to call for his resignation.
The point? Those same Democrats were nearly silent when revelations of Cuomo having murdered at least 11,000 senior citizens last year surfaced. The fact of Cuomo’s subsequent cover up of those murders also was not dispositive for Democrats.
For Democrats, “me too” infractions are far more serious than murder and death. Democrats are sick, warped individuals who lack the ability to prioritize, or even to know, what really is important. They are a fatal, metastasizing cancer growing out of control inside America. If not somehow stopped, they will end forever America’s former greatness.

There is no question in my mind that Harris is the POTUS preferred by the most demented, hate America, far far left Democrats. This is why:

White House mouthpiece Jen Psaki, she of the bad hair dye job, was questioned today about a third woman having come forward to tattle on Mafia don wannabe New York Governor Andy Cuomo.
Psaki had no comment.
As Biden’s spokesperson, what could she say? Everyone is well aware of Tara Reade. But seven other women from Biden’s past have alleged that Biden either touched them inappropriately or violated their personal space in ways that made them uncomfortable. And these violations happened while Biden was in a high office to which he had been elected by the people.
So we need to cut Psaki some slack. She was in an impossible position.

The above is to say nothing of Biden’s unqualified support for “women” having the physique of J.J. Watt being permitted unfairly to compete head to head against real women, stealing the latter’s trophies and scholarships and dispiriting them to the max. All this fought in court and disallowed wherever possible at every turn by President Trump. But Trump was the abuser of women. Yeah, right.

Iranian attack calls Biden war policy into question
Iranian leaders know Biden is old and weak. Their attack earlier today shows they do not fear him, or the USA.
Ten rockets struck a military base used by U.S. forces in Iraq amid heightened tensions between Washington and Iran-backed militant groups in the country.
No one was hurt in the attack on Al Asad base in Iraq’s Anbar province on Wednesday morning, according to an Iraqi security forces spokesman. A spokesman for the U.S.-led military coalition confirmed the attack but didn’t comment on whether anyone was hurt. There was no immediate claim of responsibility. An Iraqi news agency, Sabreen, which supports Iranian-allied militias, published photos and initial reports of the attack.
The rocket barrage comes less than a week after a U.S. airstrike targeted Iranian-allied Iraqi militias in neighboring Syria. The strike was a response to a deadly rocket attack on a U.S. air base in northern Iraq that was claimed by an Iranian-backed militia.
The attacks threaten to add pressure on the Biden administration as it attempts to start negotiations with Tehran over its nuclear program. Iran at the weekend rejected a European Union offer to hold informal talks, which the U.S. would attend as a guest, aimed at reviving a 2015 agreement that limits Iranian nuclear activity in return for sanctions relief.
Biden’s efforts to negotiate with Iran are wrongheaded and futile. Did Truman try to negotiate with the Japs? Of course not. You don’t negotiate with evil. You bomb the crap out of it. And the leadership in Iran is evil.
