The 2020 USA POTUS election politics, the civil war, and the world war (Part 2)

Supreme Court bans college affirmative action.

This is good, but it will be ignored and worked around by the leftists that run almost all American universities. Here in California, the voters passed Proposition 209 making racial discrimination illegal in 1996. Voters reaffirmed their decision in 2020 by rejecting proposition 16 that would have repealed it by 57% to 43%. However, at the same time, the voters installed Democrats, who ignore 209, as a super majority in the legislature and they hold all state wide offices.

The way to stop the racial discrimination is the power of the purse by the Republican legislatures and governors. This has been done by Ron DeSantis in Florida and other republican states.

It is interesting that here in Silicon Valley almost all the Asians are Democrats, despite being discriminated against by the government. Some of them are waking up and it was Asians that led the recall of Chesa Boudin and the San Francisco school board members.

Yes Harvard, one of the schools who lost in the case, has already had the dean and other school executives put a defiant responses about how diversity is the most important thing in the world and they definitely are going to keep pursuing it, of course under whatever the new laws are if necessary.

And Biden put out some similarly worded statements, including how the DOE would be giving guidance on how to conform with the new laws. Probably something along the lines of “we don’t intend to enforce these or investigate them at all, please carry on,”

Somehow, California governor Gavin Newsom hasn’t been clued in on this

Newsom decries affirmative action ruling despite California banning the practice

While the path to equal opportunity has now been narrowed for millions of students, no court case will ever shatter the California Dream. Our campus doors remain open for all who want to work hard — and our commitment to diversity, equity, and equal opportunity has never been stronger,” he added.

You’re forgetting - “racial discrimination” clearly only relates to when blacks and maybe hispanics arent able to keep up for whatever reason. Anything that intentionally knocks whitey down a peg isnt discrimination, it’s justice.

So, then there’s no reason for race to be such an essential part of the equation that determines who those doors are open for…

More background on the “teenager”. 17 years old but with multiple traffic citations. A Mercedes AMG is a tricked out extremely expensive high-performance car. The guy was most likely a drug courier.

A video shared on social media showed two police officers beside a Mercedes AMG car, with one shooting at the teenage driver at close range as he pulled away.

He died shortly afterward from his wounds, the local prosecutor said.

The teenager, who was too young to hold a full license in France, was driving illegally, a source familiar with the investigation told Reuters.

The Nanterre prosecutor said the boy failed on Tuesday to obey the officers’ orders.

Edit. More information on the car

Mercedes-AMG GmbH, commonly known as AMG, is the high-performance subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz AG. AMG independently hires engineers and contracts with manufacturers to customize Mercedes-Benz AMG vehicles.

The Fix was in - people responsible for approving Hunter’s tax misdemeanor found linked to his highly profitable foreign influence peddling operations.

Unrelated I’m sure

The Big Guy’s Big House is safe… for Hunter. Safe from people leaving unknown substances (like cocaine) laying around ? Not so much. The Feds looked into it and decided one of the most secure places, they had absolutely no idea who (Hunter) might have been visiting and left it.

Secret Service officials combed through “security systems” and indexed “several hundreds individuals” who entered the West Wing in the days preceding the discovery and were unable to identify a suspect,

Sounds like they identified several hundreds of suspects, and just didnt want to be bothered with following up?

Unfortunately, Trump (and most of the Right) is going to harp on the Hunter and cocaine part, only making this look like a political vendetta. Instead, they should all rail on the complete lack of security at the Biden White House, where they cant even narrow down a list of suspects within a building with [supposedly] some of the tightest access in the world. The correct move for Trump, et al is to drop all mention of Hunter and cocaine from their responses, and focus solely on the FBI hopelessly throwing up their hands and walking away from a West Wing breech.

$40M in Russian money for not getting hit with US sanctions on oligarchs, probably worth it. How much went to the Big Guy?

Corruption in Fulton county, GA. Color me shocked.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, who has targeted Donald Trump and 18 others with the crime of challenging the 2020 election, is alleged to have an ongoing affair with her subordinate, Fulton County Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade.

The claim comes from the attorneys for defendant Michael Roman, who today filed their motion to dismiss and disqualify DA Willis and the Special Prosecutor. Roman faces years in prison after being charged with six counts by Special Prosecutor Wade, including violation of the Georgia RICO Act. A conviction under Georgia’s RICO conspiracy statute, for example, requires a punishment of between five and 20 years of imprisonment.

the violation of the appointment rules is an especially key detail here because the beneficiary was sleeping with DA Willis. As a result of this appointment and the billing approvals overseen by DA Willis, Special Prosecutor Wade has received “almost $1,000,000.00 in legal fees” from Fulton County, substantially exceeding the compensation for any other Georgia State or County prosecutor. And these funds were used, allegedly, the fund their extravagant vacations and getaways.

I did a search, and the story has been taken up by some leftist media outlets like NBC news and Newsweek. This may have some legs.

Get woke, go broke, the Portland edition. Turns out defunding the police, while decriminalizing shoplifting, homelessness, and drugs is bad for business and quality of life- apparently a surprise to progressive politicians there.

Even woke retailers like REI and Nike are closing up shop, while many of the better off residents have seen the writing on the wall and left, leaving a weaker tax base, both personal and business, so fewer resources to attempt real change even if the remaining locals and politicians could find the will to attempt it.
