Don’t blame Texas - it’s Houston. The place where you pay an attorney 100 bucks for a speeding ticket, and forget about it … well, forty years ago. Maybe it’s 200 bucks today.
Also, since this story is in the rag of record, it’s quite possible, the doc was selling the vaccine so that he could finance terrorism, or just trying to assert his white privilege.
