Who will join POTUS nominee Biden on the Democrat ticket as VP?

As a matter of fact, I have. A major portion of my closest relatives live in OK. Many work within the Choctaw Nation Tribal Casino’s. It’s an honorable job & they get well paid. Great Republicans!!

As shinobi mentioned, they have long family histories & don’t care to make changes. Also many have done well on “that pitiful land grant” acreage of historical ages ago. OIL & GAS leases now. My father & now my sister & I do pretty well.

Yes zzz, I have been to the area you speak of here.

Well then you are very well aware of the many people in those states who collect government checks and vote Republican which @Bend3r described and make up much of the core of the Republican party in many of those states.

I’m waiting for shinobi to tell patty to get out of her California bubble!

Get lost!! You are one boring person…

That can be said about high cost areas, too. Like CA and NYC. But give that response about housing costs, and you’re dismissed because it’s ridiculous to expect people to leave where they want to live just to be able to afford a house.

I generally agree, but it applies to all sides.

So Newsweek writes an article about Trump’s refusal to disavow another Newsweek article?

That was a ridiculous and entirely inappropriate exchange. It’s none of his concern, and for once (amazingly) he simply said it’s none of his concern, and now he’s being criticized for not making it his concern.

Had he given the answer the reporter was so desperately seeking, we’d likely now be hearing how Trump thinks he’s the Supreme Court making eligibility declarations well outside his authority.

I’m one person not a bubble. I live where I desire. Like many other CA, we don’t like the politics.

My relatives are true Americans. Not illegal in any manner or way. We can make our desires known, whether you like it or not. NOT IN A BUBBLE!!

Again as I have said before. You are a very rude person.

I was drawing a parallel to what shinobi told ME earlier about being in a California bubble for making my opinion known whether you like it or not. I am no meaner than he or you. I feel like you have a hard time with basic understanding of language, in this case the meaning of “being in a bubble”. I remember you also didn’t know what a “troll” was.

This does not make you better or more right than any other CITIZEN of the country. Only makes you sound full of yourself.

There you go again… I have as good an understanding as I wish to disclose here… My education is just as high up as yours.

I may sound “full of myself”. I believe my being a Republican bother’s you so much. You just don’t understand… how someone could live in CA & be a strong Rep.

Like I heard from someone "were you brought up in a cave? No manners. It’s your way or no way. So Sorry for your up bringing… PLEASE DON’T BOTHER ME AGAIN…

Perhaps there’s another bubble inside of the bubble. Like those novelty balloons. Isn’t it obvious that’s what she meant?

CA is the transparent balloon. Patty’s in the blue Mickey balloon inside. It’s bubbles all the way down.

Not sure how “the help” crosses back and forth to clean her house without breaking the integrity of the inner balloon. But the analogy has its limits.

Not exactly. The original piece was not an article. It was merely an opinion piece. As such it’s still on their site. It makes sense for the news to debunk an off-the wall opinion.

Here’s Fox News since only FOX, OAN, and RT are credible in the Trumper bubble:

What’s “credible” have to do with it? That exchange was just as dumb. He didn’t bring it up, he didn’t inject himself into it, and he’s basically refused to comment about it. Now he’s being criticized for not doing what he’s been constantly criticized for doing.

Oh I completely understand it and it does not bother me at all that you are a Republican. More power to you. This is not at all what my point was about. You are completely missing the point of everything I say.

You think MOST Republicans are as hard working as yourself, but it was demonstrated to you that this is false. But you just don’t believe it. And that’s the problem – you believe whatever you want to believe, regardless of whether it is true or not. I don’t care that you are Republican. It only bothers me that you believe in some BS that appears to support your position, even though it’s complete BS. And instead of arguing ON THE TOPIC of that specific BS, you do some jumping around and whataboutisms.

It’s just so unbelievable that RT, the Russian government-owned propaganda machine, is considered credible by any American. They do have some good journalists and stories, but you must always keep a watchful eye for the pro-Kremlin slant. It may not appear in everything they do, but it’s there if you pay attention. It’s naive to believe anything other than the fact that every story goes through the “appropriate” approval and editing process.

FTFY - did I do that right?

You did, but you’re going to get shinobi and patty really upset again… One or both of them (I forget) could never figure out that it can mean two things – often sarcasm and other times just clarification or minor fact correction in agreement.

More seriously though, are you really calling (the death star) ATT Democrat-owned?

I guess Zucker is still running the show at CNN since the merger, and he’s clearly got a beef with Trump. Maybe “Democrat controlled” would have been better.

You did that almost right (forgot to highlight CNN), but your accusation does not invalidate my accusation, plus it’s not even factual. At least mine is factual – RT is owned and funded by the Russian federal tax budget and has a long and well-documented history of pro-Russia and anti-everyone-else propaganda. CNN on the other hand is now owned by AT&T, which is a PUBLIC COMPANY. And they’re nowhere near as bad as Fox in terms of far-leaning and far-reaching propaganda.

Your high level of awareness here is noteworthy. I cast a modestly wide net myself. But I had not heard of RT until your mention.

So you follow Russian stuff sufficiently closely to have an opinion on their “journalists” and stories. Very interesting and quite unexpectedly revealing. :pensive:

There is not a dull moment in this life.
