King Brandon has decided the courts don’t matter again and is telling businesses they need to enforce his vaccine edicts despite the ruling that stayed implementation, pending resolving the litigation, citing serious constitutional issues.
The White House on Monday said businesses should move forward with President Joe Biden’s vaccine and testing requirements for private businesses, despite a federal appeals court ordering a temporary halt to the rules.
OSHA, the mandate, and the courts never mattered. It was always about getting mandates into the public sphere and getting enough scaredy cat businesses to adopt them voluntarily. I told my HR lady how disappointed I was that our mandate was introduced as “Following state and federal example and guidance” (there was NONE at the time) and “with awareness of the new federal requirement forthcoming” when that wasn’t actually the case - because it went into effect before OSHA even released their mandate provisions. She listened. I also told her the wording “fully vaccinated” was not smart because with boosters, some people are trying to change the definition. She claimed that we were unlikely to require boosters after the headache of the first mandate. I said, that’s good, but just for the record, if it does come up, count me as one of those people opposed.
Brandon looks forward to firing half the border patrol for failing to abide by his federal employee vaccine mandates. I’m sure he’ll reassign the remaining half to guard the northern border
And I’m hearing (back channel) that huge numbers of illegals are working their way north. Of course the event is going virtually unreported in the despicable American mainstream media. They report such things only after the illegals have safely crossed our supposed border . . . . or what once long ago was a border.
Yeah, I saw some people crowing about that. Hope McCarthy squashes it. Haven’t looked at the news today, so not sure if he has addressed it. Pretty silly to try and punish a dozen of your reps that voted for a law when over a dozen republican senators also voted for it.
students at Whitney High School, just outside Sacramento, [given] by a social science teacher… The question read: “A group of complete idiots is:
a) KKK,
b) all of Florida,
c) Fox News, or
d) Texans.”
Trump apparently gets it after all. But he chose, in my opinion, the wrong word to describe it. Here is the dictionary definition of fraud:
noun
A deception practiced in order to induce another to give up possession of property or surrender a right.
A piece of trickery; a trick.
One that defrauds; a cheat.
I’m not feeling deception, trickery, or cheating in what happened to Trump in the 2020 election. And Trump himself has CORRECTLY identified the situation in a recently published interview with Jonathan Karl. Trump said (and I quote):
“I didn’t talk about the main point, which is the legislatures did not approve — five states. The legislatures did not approve all of those changes that made the difference between a very easy win for me in the states, or a loss that was very close, because the losses were all very close.”
Trump has this entirely right. And it all happened out in the open, in “plain sight” if you will, and only hard core socialists/Marxists will disagree. But:
Trump continues, to this day, to focus not on that obvious stuff but instead on (what he continues to insist) was fraud. I’m not saying there was no fraud. But it CERTAINLY is much less obvious, and more difficult to prove, than the things which happened in plain sight that Trump does not emphasize.
In fact, before locating the text from that Karl interview I wasn’t even sure Trump was aware of the obvious things, since all he keeps repeating is “fraud, fraud, fraud”.
When it comes to messaging, Trump is certainly no Ronald Reagan.
Just about every liberal/Marxist mouthpiece in America is shouting and screaming at the top of its lungs this evening about the indictment of Steve Bannon, a close Trump confidant. Let’s look deeper:
The indictment was handed down by a DC Grand Jury. No political bias there, right? Do you have any notion of how many votes Trump garnered, either in 2016 or in 2020, in Washington, D.C.?
Get serious. Trump is HATED in DC. And the same goes for anyone, like Bannon, associated with him.
This is all such self-evident BS. Take that same matter to a grand jury in South Carolina or in Wyoming and see what happens!!
The use by Democrats of the instrumentalities of government for political purposes is not merely repugnant and offensive. The practice undermines the bedrock of our Republic.
