The 2024 election politics

My question here is, it requires a lot of speculation for an email count to be incriminating. Why release “there were 5 emails to so-and-so”, but not the content of those emails?

I’m guessing they’re either very benign messages. Or they’re hoping to use burying the emails as leverage for something else.

So, if I sent one email, under a supposedly anonymous non de plume, such as Pierrre deLittlelectco, to the info@Muslims_against_republicans_and_Jews.com, it would not be incriminating?

Considering today’s media and FBI, let me rephrase, for bias …

So if I sent one email, under a supposedly anonymous non de plume, such as Pierrre deLittlelectco@twitter.com or whoami@whitehouse.gov, to info@stopillegalimmigration.com, would that one email not be worth investigating to today’s Dept. of Justice (or Justass)? Remember, this is the same DOJ that suggested investigating parents objecting to CRT as domestic terrorists.

That may be true, BUT how many “fake” emails sent to I_hate_illegals.com, I_hate midgets.com, I_hate_anything_nonwoke.com would it take to start a federal investigation?

I’m only talking about us jumping to speculative conclusions, because only half the picture was released. They know the details, but for whatever reason have chosen to not let us know.

I’m just open to the benefit of the doubt, because I have no problem with Hunter trying to leverage the family name for his own benefit. So I could see Joe sending some courtesy emails, just so Hunter’s associates can say they met with the President. Or Hunter ghostwriting the messages without Biden’s knowledge. The point is, we dont know because we’ve only been told the emails exist.

The most incriminating part is that they exist after team Biden has adamently denied there was any involvement. Which in itself merits further investigation. But not jumping to conclusions based on what you want the messages to mean.

Which leads me to jump to facts (not conclusions), specifically the denials that “regular Joe”, his sycophants, employees and wannabes have been making for the last three-ish years.

I allow for the possibility of a red herring; them letting the speculation run wild, knowing it’ll all turn out to be nothing, as a misdirection to distract Republicans from doing something meaningful.

I’m not taking the bait, so to speak.

Someone tell the media to stop taking polls that make the Big Guy look bad.

Not that I’m paranoid, but I think this is a plot by the left media to get the Republicans to nominate Trump and then they’ll bring the hammer down on him.

If you want a plot, I think it’s for them to convince Biden to retire so they can get Newsome or someone else to run instead for their side.

They’re one bad slip and fall away from running Harris against Trump, and she can’t beat anyone.

If Biden resigns, then we get Harris as the sitting president, which will make her even harder to dislodge?

The left wants Biden to step aside as a candidate, not necessarily to retire before January 2025. Every week there is another report with experts pointing out that Biden is losing traction with this or the other interest group and shouldn’t run for reelection.

See the argument … er discussion I had with @scripta up thread. If Biden resigns as a candidate, then that leaves the nomination open to the far left like Bernie or Pocahontas. Recall that’s how we ended up with Biden in 2020 when it looked like Bernie would win it all. With the endorsement of Clyburn in South Carolina, the Democrat insiders were able to steal the South Carolina primary for Biden. That gave Biden some momentum, and he was able to get the 2020 nomination. I think the Democrats’ strategy in 2024 is for Biden to win the primaries and then withdraw before the convention. Then the Democrats’ super delegates can pick their next candidate.

Another part of the left’s strategy to have the Republicans nominate Trump. Every time they indict him for some trumped up charge, so to speak, he goes up in the polls.

But Willie, but that’s a personal issue. :-]

According to this article, the “conservative” Chilean Constitution was anything but. It was full of woke climate change nonsense.

In the end, without resources, using only the social media along with the awakening of people’s common sense, conservatives achieved a clear victory of 55.8% against 44.2%, a great defeat for the entire political establishment.

ILLEGAL, you idiots. Anti-ILLEGAL immigrants. Even when he doesnt actually say “illegal”, it’s painfully clear to anyone who isnt actively searching for excuses to criticize him. Legal immigrants are irrelevant to border security.

Phrases like “poisoning the blood of our country” blur the line between legal and illegal immigration.

The left-wing news media say this was due to Republicans, but there are only 48 of them in the Senate and Harris can break the tie. So she could not even get 48 Democrat votes. She did a terrible job here in California presiding over billions of dollars of fraudulent claims including by convicts in the prisons. She is also a strong proponent of the execrable AB5, which forces independent contractors to join unions. She’s trying to implement that nationwide.

The regime will re-nominate her next year.

This only indicates to me that the claims of a targeted witch hunt are correct.

To stop the wrongdoing immediately, Engoron ordered the cancellation of all of Trump’s New York “GBL 130 certificates,” without which a company, partnership, or LLC cannot legally do business in the state.

You can’t buy property, you can’t borrow money, you can’t collect rents, you can’t enter into contracts — not legally, anyway — unless you have an active “GBL 130” filed with New York’s Department of State, Florence said.

The common name for a “GBL 130” is an assumed name certificate or DBA. Not having one doesn’t prevent you from doing a damn thing, besides doing business under a name other than your own. Trump doesn’t need any sort of state “license” to do business in his own name, and the one thing we all know about Trump is his obsessive self-promotion using his name on damn near everything. And those certificates don’t affect any corporations, as long as the corporation is operating under the corporate name. So upholding the revocation of Trump’s assumed name certificates would at most be a minor inconvenience to the Trump organization.

All those "can’t"s are simply not true.

Engoron ordered that once the Trump certificates are pulled, a receiver be appointed “to manage the dissolution of the cancelled LLCs,” meaning to manage the sale of the Trump properties that lost their certificates.

A GBL130 has no effect on a LLC’s existence. Cancelling any DBAs a LLC may have in no way “cancels” the LLC. Even if upheld, there’s be zero reason to dissolve an liquidate his LLCs and Corporations.
